@mjlmuk Thanks for the comment! I use the Bowflex Selecttech 552 dumbbells. And actually Tony advises everyone to go really "light" for this exercise so I believe I used only 10-15 lbs. for the Renegade Rows. I actually went really light the entire workout and it still was fairly intense.
The workout wasn't entirely brutal, but I did struggle with a few things. There has been a ton of ab/core stabilizing moves within ALL of the videos this 1st week and my abs have felt tight all week long (which I love!). I wish it had a bit more cardio in this 1st phase, but please remember that I have done P90X and Insanity or some type of hybrid more than a few times, and I am use to doing a heavy cardio routine at least 3 days a week. I will go more in depth with the upcoming days/videos.
