Polish are not crazy and they don`t share affection for members of the opposite sex they can throw water on any people (of course guys love to throw water specially on girls and they get even ).In family ,generally children do this standing with buckets filled with water in cities and they throw on any people going past them .Its may be silly for some people but for other its fun but this year weather is awful in Poland its cold and most people don't do this.

In house between families yes (sometimes they use full bucket of water or just few drops this tradition is about 1000 years old and many Christians holidays are mixed with pagan tradition normally Poland would never be Christianized the guy below didn't make intelligent comment sorry for him, learn more about other cultures its good that people are different I would not do this in England where I`m now because they would probably arrest me for that. cheers

wtf do you know about Poland?! you don't even know that you are part of EUROPE. when going to france you say I'm going to continent. you don't learn foreign languages like other nations do. you are out of any kind of national food!! without foreign citizens you are 0!!
