Rachel Portman was in charge composing of the soundtrack of Chocolat.

As far as I know she composed the entire score but 2 songs. 1. Caravan by Django Reinhardt and second Minor Swing by Duke Ellington.

@32ndson Sorry but Ellington wasn't the composer. Caravan was composed by Juan Tizol, a member of his band before it was first played in 1937
