I dont have that exact problem, but when tom does come around I feel lazy and not in the mood to workout. Also I hate when that time comes around bc it does show you heavier on the scale. And you have to wait till its over and hope you've lost more then before it started. lol What a pain it is bing a female sometimes. *rolls eyes*
I have the same problem..but I have found that eating foods that are natural diuretics(watermelon,green tea,apple cider vinegar,cabbage) help fight the bloating and remove the water wt.also instead of a cake or candy bar try chocolate flavored pudding cups or pudding pops, not as many calories but help take the edge off.

I know one girl who just cut her food intake in half and added more vegetables and took out the junk food, she works out 2 hrs per day (3 times a week ), Last time I heard she losted 25 lbs, but it was like in a month and half.
