He opened for Jason Isbell at the Turf in St. Paul. Great Preformer great show, got to talk to him afterwards and have nothing but total respect for these guys.
i met this guy having no idea he was in boston one day outside TT the Bears. he was the coolest dude. He got me into the show for free. Before they came out they were smoking weed in the back and literally clam baked the whole club, it was awesome.
What a really cool version of a rock song, done in an almost sullen tone. A perfect example of taking a cover and adapting it to fit the set and band's personal sound. The mandolin is spot on.
Hey guys, check out my version of Can't Hardly Wait on my page. I love this song. JTE and The Replacements kick ass

I heard a pure C&W version of this song on WSM-AM Nashville a few weeks ago. Anyone know the artist?

Just OK at best .. The Replacements deserve better.

After he played this song in S.F., Justin said, "I know that wasn't Hillbilly music. But them boys (The Replacements) sure did act like hillbillies!"
I thought I was gonna fall over from laughing!

This is why i wished I lived in the USA.
Cool covers of my favourite band played in the mall.

@jonnylag You can come to the US! Where would you move if you had the chance? I'm in KC.

@jeffn411 Hi Jeff, I hear Austin has a cool music scene and the Texan climate would be a nice change from all rain and snow we are getting in the UK.

Thank you for posting that. That's just...this is a crappy day for me and that just made it a little nicer.

He's using Scott Miller's stage banter verbatim. Wanna be Scott Miller.
