  • She is so mature for her age. haha

  • sINCE WHEN WAS IT SNOW ON CHRISTMAS IN FLORIDA?

  • I adored Pippi's father.

  • lol i remember this part.... think i watched it when i was really really little

  • what happened 2 the ending????

  • i want an indian headress she sure did turn their town upside down X3

  • You do know you're missing the ending, right?

  • ur doing it ur doing it (thats what she said LOLZ)

  • lol omg she accts drunk

  • I think thier all nuts...ahha!!!

  • It's too bad that it looks like that the last few minutes of the movie were cut off where Pippi made the decision telling her papa that she wants to stay and live in Villa Villekulla forever and then where it showed Pippi, Tommy, Annika, Mr. Neillson, and Alfonso going home together while riding on Alfonso.

  • At the end, when Pippi made the decision to live in Villa Villekulla forever, I wonder if Miss Bannister made or caused Pippi to live in the "Children's Home" again (that is, if the "Children's Home" didn't get burned up at all in ashes). Also, it looks like Pippi has to defend herself against Mr. Blackhart and his two henchman forever since he told his two henchman from 6:13-6:22 that they are going to keep trying and never give up in order to get rid of Pippi's house.

  • @afriendofbean theirs a second movie..i think lol

  • Before this "The New Adventures Of Pippi Longstocking" movie, there were four earlier versions of Pippi Longstocking with actress Inger Nilsson playing as Pippi Longstocking. The Pippi Longstocking versions with Inger Nilsson were in 1969 and 1970 while this movie was in the year 1988. Maybe you must have thought that the Inger Nilsson versions were the second ones but in this movie, it's a different story where her friends (Tommy and Annika) just met her in this movie and didn't know her.

  • One other thing, if you would like to know the list of the title and year of the Pippi Longstocking versions with Inger Nilsson, here is the list:

    1969: Pippi Longstocking

    1969: Pippi Goes On Board

1970: Pippi In The South Seas

    1970: Pippi On The Run

  • As a monkey, I wonder why Mr. Neilsson didn't run across the rope from 1:34-1:52. I guess he must have been very scared to run across the rope because, as a monkey, he probably never practiced it. Since Mr. Neilsson was able to talk a little, he should have told Pippi that he's too scared and/or that he doesn't know how to run across the rope. (Somehow Pippi understood how scared he was at 1:52 and told him that he's the best at 2:42 even though they both could have gotten hurt falling).

  • When I first saw this movie, I thought from 1:05-1:27 that Pippi was going to jump off the rope onto the trampoline while holding onto Krissy and Billy.

  • It was kind of nice how that teenage red hair girl started to love Pippi since at 5:37 she was talking to Pippi in a nice way instead of acting bossy towards her just like she was acting towards Pippi almost through the whole movie. (I guess the reason why she started loving Pippi was because, Pippi saved a lot of young kids from the children's home when the children's home was on fire).

  • I was a little confused but, at 0:53, what caused Gregory The Glue Man to run away? I wonder if he ran away because he was scared to see Pippi walk across the rope again where he was scared if she was going to fall and get hurt or, I wonder maybe if he ran away because, he was a prisoner who escaped from jail climbing out of a high window using his glue to escape and climb down the wall which could be the reason why he looked at the police car and the people and said "uh oh" before he ran away.

  • The end dosen't end like that. I'll think it ends that pippi stays with tommy and annika, or they come along with pippi on the boat..

  • The movie ends with Pippi telling her father on the ship at the last minute that she wants to stay and live in Villa Villekulla along with Mr. Neillson and Alfonso forever because she said that she couldn't stand seeing people cry about her leaving. So the movie ended with Tommy, Annika, and Pippi along with Mr. Neillson and Alfonso all going home together back to their houses.
