Avoid watching this video. Isaac is a wonderful teacher, but someone has weirdly superimposed inflammatory and unintelligible text over the video interview. Grinding his/her own axe over some supposed incident--who knows or cares? Watch other videos featuring Isaac Shapiro, but don't waste your time with this one!

That "someone" is the one in the rattan chair. "Back again, anyway." is the same video without the texts reflecting his ("my") experiences which he ("I") took very personally at the time they occurred. The discussion with Isaac hinges on that incident.

Just returned from our 6th retreat with Isaac, and our experiences in this one were far more pleasant.
