I did an Art of living course where they taught Pranayam, yoga and a special breathing technique .. I have been practising that and my Vocal strength and stamina has increased manifolds :)
Good suggestions for warmups! Happy to see this information out there. Another warmup I like to use to relax my lips/jaw/tongue is to take a single pitch, and then sing a sustained rolled r on it: rrrrrrrrrrrrr- or to blow a sustained raspberry on the pitch: bbbbbbbb. It sounds pretty funny, but I can't do it right if things are tense!

My music teacher has us sing tongue twisters. Seriousy try it! Get quicker and quicker on the same note. Try:)
