you know which commands are related to the penumbra shadows ??

I deleted some commands cause I had graphic bugs.Those are the one I deleted from autoexec.cfg

e_Shadows = 1

e_ShadowsCastViewDistRatio = 3

e_ShadowsMaxTexRes = 1024

e_ShadowsResScale = 5.4

Respond to this video... yeah those should be the ones, anyway the high resolution pack have POM, penumbra shadows, and tessalation implemented to the game. i wish i had a dx 11 card to enjoy the eye candy, i'm playing the game with a gt 220 ddr3.
