Look closely at the fine print in the video. When she clicks the box to forward mail, a message appears: "Note: Old mail will not be forwarded." I have tested the instructions in this video often over the last few months and it has never worked- as the Google message warns it won't. If you need to forward more than one message, you can't do it with a filter. You have to set up the filter to forward FUTURE mails and MANUALLY forward EACH old mail INDIVIDUALLY. Google, please improve this feature!
