Nothing was revealed in public that wasn't revealed in court. There is always misinformation and media frenzy surrounding cases. Everything that is known is presented to support evidence. This is usual. There was just as much pressure from the media in favour of Amanda Knox that might have swayed a jury the other way. A lobby group does not have evidence, merely a rebuttal.

I could never understand why people question the concept of the burden of proof in other country's judicial system. I always assumed that at least every attorney and journalist in the U.S. would know that in EVERY country of the Western World you are innocent until proven guilty. Some user told me, that I should read the Micheli report on the website TRU JUSTICE FOR MEREDITH KERCHER. I did it. The first thing I find in the report was the sentence: The knife was apparrently hidden. Apparently hidden??? I don't know where the Italians store her cutlery, but normaly the people in Europe take it to the cutlery drawer. And from this drawer was the knife taken!!! A clear lie in an official report of an Italien court.

Namely, the prosecutor said that the bra was removed after her death, because there are on her bra and her body's many small spots of blood coming from the exhale. Micheli Report, Body was moved: ...evidence showed that Meredith had lain one one shoulder near the wardrobe. She lay in this position long enought for the imprint of her shoulder and bra strap... The Micheli Report. Yet I had read any passages of them. Now I understand you. About the fingerprints told an investigater: it was, as she dont lived there. Somebody who is reading the report must think that Amanda was the only, icecold Monter in this case, as if Rudi wasnt there. Yes, I've read everything available and clearly the are both innocent. Guede acted alone. He Raped Meredith during and after he killed her and he performed oral sex on the corpse as well. Meredith was menstruating when he killed her.

Actually several medical inspectors examined her and some said she was raped although Mignini insisted she wasn't. Guede thought he was not going to get caught by using a condom and cleaning her. There was oral and sodomy after she was dead. Her vagina was bruised. She has Vaseline in her anus.

You are right. I will contunue this line of thinking. But I don't change the facts. Chancing facts round is the prosecution doing! I cant read the hole Micheli Report, because the report is in Italian and it is not permitted by the Italian law to publish the hole report in Englisch. But I had read some articles by TJMK. There are really any facts I don't knew. But now I sure Amanda and Raffaelo are innocent. I must say again: Stop hating, start thinking. This trial was a farce.
According to the Micheli report there was more than one knife used as the wounds do not all match this knife.
RS lied and said that the reason why MK blood was on the knife was a "cooking accident" when MK was at his house. This is a complete lie as MK was never at RS apartment.
Leading me to conclude RS was not surprised that there was MK blood on the knife. Proving that he was expecting it and had made up a lie to explain it away.

Also, take somebody who is different as "normal", take pressure on him, suggest some wrong solutions to him and wait until he is down and tells the suggested lies. Since Knox and Sollecito cleaned up the crime scene, there were very few physical evidence left and since Amanda and the victim lived together, it's very difficult to find any valid proof, cause their dna and prints should be everywhere in house.
But the physical evidence together with the huge amount of circumstancial evidence are more than enough to prove their guilt.
I believe Americans are still in denial because they've only heard the knox's version of the story.

I don't think so. I remember the photo from the bathroom there were all red. But not from blood. It was from a fluid that shows all proteins. And this photo was in the italian press and they say it is blood.

What explode by Raffaelo? In the kitchen of Raff was found a knife (30cm long!, very handy? ;-)) with the DNA from Amanda and in a not repeatable test, in a civil labor, the DNA of Meredith. What does this tell us? The knife has contact with Amanda and could have contact with Meredith. But, since the knife is not the murder-weapon this fact is not relevant. And, do you remember: the prosecutor is conficted by himself in an other case, because he has faked evidences. This trial was a farce!
There was no question of the prosecutor falsifying evidence - he had tapped some phone calls without the permission of the court. Far from false evidence - it was a procedural issue.
The knife DOES MATCH the wounds on the victim but there was more than one knife (more than one assailant so this makes sense) and thus it does not match ALL wounds.

The expert say, two wounds could match from this knife, he don't say that two wounds are made from this knife. The prossecution said that Amanda is the only ones this one did kill Meredith. I read this in the Micheli report, if you provide a link to where they say that there was only one knife I will gladly look. But I believe that the Micheli report is the most reliable source if information available. It is an official government document and therefore more reliable than hearsay for me.
While Knox has claimed that the police struck her, one of the police videos actually confirms that it was SHE HERSELF who repeatedly struck the POLICEMEN. One of the officers required 12 stitches to close a gash over his left eye that was inflicted when Knox hit him with his own clipboard.

Her cell phone had a message from her to her boss saying "see you later" and the police had it and said she was going to meet him. assuming she was part of it. none of it was recorded, she wasn't read her rights, she did not have a professional translator. after she said her boss' name, she said it wasn't true. but they, the police, called her a liar. they said to imagine what could have happened, the possibilities. I thought she was guilty until i researched recently.

The prosecution claimed that Meredith was beaten (47 wounds) and hold, but there is no one physikal evidence that Amanda or Raffaele are involved. There are only explicit evidence of Guede.
It is clear Guede was there as Meredith was stabbed, he was all time carrying a knife and he was able to use his knife.

Nothing was revealed in public that wasn't revealed in court. There is always misinformation and media frenzy surrounding cases. Everything that is known is presented to support evidence. This is usual. There was just as much pressure from the media in favour of Amanda Knox that might have swayed a jury the other way. A lobby group does not have evidence, merely a rebuttal.

I could never understand why people question the concept of the burden of proof in other country's judicial system. I always assumed that at least every attorney and journalist in the U.S. would know that in EVERY country of the Western World you are innocent until proven guilty. "Onus probandi incumbit ei qui dicit" (burden of proof is upon those that accuse).
In Italy in particular you are technically innocent untill the 3rd appeal. Even during fascism you were innocent until proven guilty.

Some user told me, that I should read the Micheli report on the website TRU JUSTICE FOR MEREDITH KERCHER. I did it. The first thing I find in the report was the sentence: The knife was apparrently hidden. Apparently hidden??? I don't know where the Italians store her cutlery, but normaly the people in Europe take it to the cutlery drawer. And from this drawer was the knife taken!!! A clear lie in an official report of an Italien court.

Actually several medical inspectors examined her and some said she was raped although Mignini insisted she wasn't. Guede thought he was not going to get caught by using a condom and cleaning her. There was oral and sodomy after she was dead. Her vagina was bruised. She has Vaseline in her anus.

According to the Micheli report there was more than one knife used as the wounds do not all match this knife.
RS lied and said that the reason why MK blood was on the knife was a "cooking accident" when MK was at his house. This is a complete lie as MK was never at RS apartment.
Leading me to conclude RS was not surprised that there was MK blood on the knife. Proving that he was expecting it and had made up a lie to explain it away.

I have read the micheli report in italian and I think it is reasonable to say this is more reliable than press releases from Knox family over the media, guided by a PR machine.

Also, take somebody who is different as "normal", take pressure on him, suggest some wrong solutions to him and wait until he is down and tells the suggested lies. Now you can present the public a suspect person and everybody says he is the murder, because he had tell lies. Now you can search for proves and constuct a story. This verdict is from the century before the last, not from the 21. in Europa.

Amanda was arested long time bevor there are some proves. And Raffaele too. After reading, that the prosecuter Mignini is also accosed (that one is also a skandal) because he has proves falsified in an other case, I can't believe any proves. This hole trial was a skandal And this verdict is also an attac on the rights of everyone and no European, who goes with open eays trough the world, can accept it. I hope, the European Court Of Justice For Human Rights will release Amanda and Raffaele.

So you're telling me that just some people are being made fools of here by the media? The media makes fools of everyone. The Knox case is a complex one and most of the media has bungled it at every step.. You preach stop "ignorance and xenophobia" yet you are perpetuating the same disease by claiming to know. My suggestion to you is to research everything and to keep an open mind. Did you know that 25% of all confessions made are proven to be false and therefore are coerced by police

If Amanda Knox is innocent, how come her boyfriend won't support her alibi? Huh? And how come her DNA is found mixed with Meredith's blood in six different places in the flat, including the room that was set up to look like a break in. That means she MUST have been there that night. Don't listen to the spin. Think for yourselves, go to True Justice for Meredith Kercher and read for yourselves. Wake Up America...you're being made fools of.

Since Knox and Sollecito cleaned up the crime scene, there were very few physical evidence left and since Amanda and the victim lived together, it's very difficult to find any valid proof, cause their dna and prints should be everywhere in house.
But the physical evidence together with the huge amount of circumstancial evidence are more than enough to prove their guilt.
I believe Americans are still in denial because they've only heard the knox's version of the story.

@arianariadne yeah but here version of the story is pretty much nothing, she's given 5 versions of her "truth", she incriminated an innocent man that had a solid alibi (and was after two weeks let off), and her boyfriend won't even confirm her alleged alibi (her final version of the events after all the "lies")...That's her version...and of course that the italian justice system is backward, the prosecutor is a madman, that she's been demonized...sheer black pr and character assassinations...

I don't think so. I remember the photo from the bathroom there were all red. But not from blood. It was from a fluid that shows all proteins. And this photo was in the italian press and they say it is blood.
A fair trial looks other.

What explode by Raffaelo? In the kitchen of Raff was found a knife (30cm long!, very handy? ;-)) with the DNA from Amanda and in a not repeatable test, in a civil labor, the DNA of Meredith. What does this tell us? The knife has contact with Amanda and could have contact with Meredith. But, since the knife is not the murder-weapon this fact is not relevant. And, do you remember: the prosecutor is conficted by himself in an other case, because he has faked evidences. This trial was a farce!

There was no question of the prosecutor falsifying evidence - he had tapped some phone calls without the permission of the court. Far from false evidence - it was a procedural issue.
The knife DOES MATCH the wounds on the victim but there was more than one knife (more than one assailant so this makes sense) and thus it does not match ALL wounds.

Yeeees, of course. Why you don't say there were three knives? For every one a knife. NO. I'm sure there is only ONE knife used. The expert say, two wounds could match from this knife, he don't say that two wounds are made from this knife. The prossecution said that Amanda is the only ones this one did kill Meredith. That means that she must change the knives. And that is absolutly absurd. Stop hate, start thinking. This trial was a farce.

MultiTommy you obviously just want to continue this line of thinking and if the facts dont suit you change them round. I read this in the Micheli report, if you provide a link to where they say that there was only one knife I will gladly look. But I believe that the Micheli report is the most reliable source if information available. It is an official government document and therefore more reliable than hearsay for me.
