  • nice windmill

  • The counter only works if you have it on impression. : ) I run one of these from time to time.

  • hey the counter was stuck.

  • Comment removed

  • Nope, it was not stuck. When it's running but not making impressions, it clicks like that...almost turning over, but not quite.

  • Amazing video!

    Great quality

  • I love running my windmill. This is still the best way to crash number, die cut, & foil stamp. Thanks for the artistic look of the beauty & engineering behind these wonderful machines!

  • The Original Heidelberg "windmill" is made in alluminium?

  • My favorite machine in the whole world. I was one of the few students who got to run this magnificent machine at my high school almost 35 years ago just as letterpress printing was dying (if it wasn't already dead).

  • I work with a heidelberg (34x48) like this at my work. we still use it to make boxes, its from 1956, and at that time it was the fastes "digelpresse" in the world. realy its the best.

  • My God, this brings tears to my ears. I was born infront one of those.

  • heidelberg is the city i come from

    and it the best

  • i ran a 10x15 from 1982 to 2007. i'm looking to get back into diecutting again..........i've also ran 15.75x 22.5 ks model

  • Great film! Thanks for posting! Hey, if you should you ever do another one of these with your Heidelberg, would you mind doing a close up shot of the guide system? I've been having trouble getting mine to work correctly...

  • No, I never used one; but this video is

    just a fabulous creation. I can't believe

it doesn't have five stars!!! This is a

    truly creative presentation. Congratulations

    on being so gifted.

    Norman Philoxenia Press

  • Looks like a Platen....

  • i used one of those untill 5 years ago (it was a 1960 model) i never changed anything it was good as new, i it ran better than any other press we had or have (except our heidelberg ksba)

  • maybe 1960's the name of the machine is windmill and they are used for printing, numbering, diecutting..

  • A classic piece of machinery, can also be fitted with a Cutting Form.

  • not anyone - one of the first - the name was Tiegel
