It was most likely written about her ex-producer Leslie Howe whom she dated from ages 14 to 19. The clincher for me is what Alanis said about the song in 1995:

Alanis has never once confirmed who it was really about, she said that it was nobody's business & that she wrote the song for herself. It is just speculated that it is about Dave Coulier because the broke up shortly before Jagged Little Pill was released. For all we know this could have been about someone she dated when she was 15...
