This is one of those levels that takes a little time to adjust too. Honestly though Sonic Adventure 2 was one of those games that I played through as if I was playing a shump. Memorising the level and layout was the only way for me to get through some of these levels to get by the dodgy camera and hope that the glitchy controls dont get me killed. I cant count the number times I've press jump only to instead somehow dart forward to my doom. Funny enough I still loved this game.

I am about to be brutally honest here. This WAS easy. Nothing to me compares to the difficulty of scrap brain and metropolis zone. I understand they tried to make it hard, but I shot through here in a matter of minutes. Don't say try and say "well then you haven't really played it!" No, I have, and it's not that hard.

Because during my first run, this was the only stage that managed to give me about 5 gameovers. I kept trying to rush through the stage and kept messing up because I kept thinking that if I didnt hurry, a cutscene would play where Eggman shot Amy in the face.

3:17 I used to know a pretty cool shortcut, but I haven't play the game in so long I forgotten it. I know it has something to do with jumping off of the purple platform onto the red, but I'm lost from there.

I'll probably remember it if I play it.

After thinking about it a bit... I "think" I remember now. When you get on the purple platform (the first time), jump off to the right onto the red platform. Use the lever to the left and it should drop you on another part of the purple platform.

Now from here, I think you inch your way off the right side of it to fall and land on the barrier.

Then bounce on the lever to hit the switch that brings the missile out. Then spin dash jump to the end platform. I hope that made sense.

I remember when only my friend had a gamecube over at his house along with this game. I made a file on one of his memory cards and started blazing through it everytime we were over...except for this stage. This stage was a biatch the first 15 times I played through, then comes the colored block room. I got stuck every time around 3:54-3:56 because I was too oblivious at the time to realize you had to jump down. Once I found out I shit bricks. Ah, Memories. :)

Blocking the goal ring with an instant death field and making the missile activation switch hidden in a labyrinth of floating 3D platforms and gravity puzzles is probably one of the more creative ideas they've had for a Sonic stage.

6.Bounce off of the gravity switch to hit the missile switch

7.Then jump off of the gravity switch and and spin dash and jump over to the platform where the missile is.Fire the missile to get rid of the goo and you have cleared the stage.

You dont have to take that exact way at the last part.Here is the quicker way to do it:

1.Walk to the end of the purple block past the beattle and to the gravity switch

2.Walk to the left of the switch BUT DON'T PULL THE SWITCH!Then jump off onto the red block

3.Then walk over and pull the gravity switvh to the right above the pheonix cage

4.Then walk to the left of the cage and walk off of pf the block but stay against the wall

5.Jump on the gravity switch

@PinkyKittyRise There is a glitch in this stage that at the goal ring if you jump on the boxing where the ring is (MAKE SURE YOU SHOOT THE MISSILE FIRST) and you jump on top of it Sonic will make his dying scream and then wait a few secends and then walk into the ring then when you go back to the last check point you touched and if you did it right the results screen will come up and you will still be able move around.This is not a lie i have done it. But you will still lose a life.
