So I just did this workout after my spinning class and loved it. @SohoChic4 for the "writing" exercise you could put your elbows on a rolling chair and the ball chrunches I did on the edge of my bed (touching it with my lower body up to my waist) so I could lower my back to a >180 ° angle.
