I will be honest, I seen this the first time and was shocked at the size of Sam, but then I read some of the comments, found out the background etc. and seen another video by Sam and all the things he is doing, he has a book out, and has a charity set up... This young man is very inspirational, even with a disease he can do all of that. It just goes to show you what a person can do with they put their mind to it! Very well done mate :-D

According to KTUU channel 2 in Anchorage, Alaska, Sam Allred (cuppycake kid) was alive and well as of April 25, 2011 and still living in Wasilla, Alaska (poor kid, in addition to his health problems he has to share a hometown with Sarah Palin). Due to kidney disease he has to take the drug Prednisone, a steroid, that causes his weight gain. Sick? Yes. Dead?
