so here's what my friend in japan says: ‎"Otsukare!" is what we in Japan yell when we have finished something. Literally it means "You are tired!" but figuratively and REALLY, it means "Let's get drunk!" and we say this with vigor as we smack our frothy glasses of beer together in a toast. This is one of the nice things about life in Japan.
