I design t-shirts, vehicle wraps and signs. Clients think that since it's done on a computer that it's just a click of the mouse and it's done. Even when my secretary talks with the client, she puts ideas in their head that they can have 50 ideas. The secretary makes me just as angry as the clients. They have no clue what they ask for!!!!

I lost my house partly due to twats like this deciding they were instant experts. I trained 30 years ago. Lately I'd been spending more time trying to get their crappy microsoft 'creations' to convert into something printable that actually doing any paid design. Of course the former is not chargeable as they think you're just trying to make problems to charge them more.
