HI! :D i'm in a high school choir too; I just have some small comments.
- watch the mens sound. there are times when the sound is pinched to avoid that when rehearsing try making a small circle with the forefinger and thumb and bringing it to your lips it helps to form purer vowels.
- also not moving the jaw so much is good.
- try rolling the "r's" and making purer vowels it sounds better especially with the latin language.

- try thinking DOWN when singing higher notes

Good job, my suggestion would be to keep working on blend and a nice warm sound. Nice job for highschool mens
