if less than 1% of users are using what they consider unreasonable amounts of bandwidth, why do 14% of their customers in this "trial" have to pay an average of $19 in overage fees?
I hope Time Warner doesn't place caps. If they do, they need to make a reasonable cap like Comcast's 250GB a month. A lot of people are saying that caps will eventually be placed by all ISP's :(.
