That's crazy...that means he doesn't slide at all. Foul lights have to be on during PBA events.

Actually, that's not true. They usually turn off the foul lights and have a judge looking at the foul line to see if players foul.

But I agree, I thought I didn't slide much, but that's absolutely ridiculous.

I actually do find the shark easier than the cheetah pattern. bowling on burnt cheetah lane conditions is a bitch =[

On wood, yeah, as you can always go up the boards around the normal house track area. Cheetah on wood is about as hard as it gets because the boards around the outside eventually burn up from play, and as Cheetah plays, once you move in, it gets harder a lot quicker because now you're having to try and push it through the heads and make it recover in the washed out backends. Tough!

Shark is much easier...there is more hold area. Same with Scorpion. Viper is the WORST pattern IMO
