Those burguers were not "well done" i mean, still red, Red meat=parasites... i prefer well done meat to avoid parasites... Why dont you buy the ones that Ronnie Coleman prepares on the videos? Hehehe...
i made these today, loved them! One question, what do you think would be a better carb cycling routine. im about 120 lbs 10%bf and do full body workout 3 times a week but will soon be switching to a 4 day split.
Plan 1: have good starchy carbs on workout days, and non-starchy carbs on non-workout days
@GrEaTeSt786 ..well its a dead/dirty animial...its protein....you are protein..what you need is amino acids...your body breaks down the protein into aminos that it then turns into usable proteins to build muscle..so its hard on the body, also takes a long time too digest, so it sits in your intestines for a longtime, and its the main cause of colon cancer, but yea you could consider that my perspective, but yea obesity epidemic is pretty dependent on beef diet, checkout thefruitarian onutube
@xBARNES187x Meat is not "bad" for you, one could make the argument excess consumption of fruit and veggies is bad for you. Your speaking with not only a personal trainer but more importantly a nutritionist. Amino acids are the end result, however the amino acids you recieve from meat and non meat sources are very different, otherwise athletes looking for size and strength wouldnt use it. And the main cause of colon cancer is AGE/ALCOHOL/DIABETES/Genetics. Plus when your active...........
@barthelfitness mainly the carcinogenic substances produced from high heated meat/fats acrolein/hydrocarbon/nitrosamines/ benzopyrene which i was referring too, which are cancerous -but ya u got a great body but it might sustain a bit longer if u became a no meat athlete... but agin its all preference / but really the meat industry isnt the cleanest/ also is kinda helping fuck up the planet but ya do what do its all good
@xBARNES187x gezzz bodybuilders eat read meat and beef all the time even during pre contest obesity huh? how about you get on a fucking treadmill oh wait is that bad for you too?
are u talking while doing the vid or a voice over?

@95melefante sounds like a good cycle. I would maybe move to a 4 day split, sometimes a 3 day is too much!

Bison and horse are awsome lean protein sources. Have you ever tried the frosted bison burger from Costco ?
