  • just thinkin bout 06 rutgers gets me all emotional lol

  • That was a great game to be at. Especially since I only paid 9 dollars for my seat.

  • Just saw the preview to "Perfect Effort" about De La Salle's 12 year winning streak. It looks like a pretty inspirational movie. Search for it on youtube or it's website perfecteffort (dot) com

  • amen golgio. put us closer to the endzone. plus with the wind blowing that way, coulda Atr-o-matic'd it to send it to OT

  • What a bunch of crap. Rutgers should have been penalized 15 yards for the first time their fans ran out onto the field when the game was not even over. Guess who's in BCS BABY!!!! ORANGE BOWL!!!!

  • youre welcome

  • guess WHO LOST?? LOUISVILLE CHOKE!! ughh thats hard to swallow huh??

  • i wonder if vic was ever found

  • As one of the 44,000+ who attended this game(Sec 208, 50 yard line) I can honestly say this was the greatest sporting event that I've ever attended..and I've been to some great ones!

The crowd was nothing less than electric the entire night. The 2nd half, however, was just crazy..everyone were standing and yelling their heads off. The noise was deafening on quite a few occasions....just an awesome experience!

  • sorry i find it funny as your like 44,000 thousand plus as a great number or something try beaver stadium sometime with 110,000 peolpe and better fans, but besides that i was cheering for rutgers in this game and great to see them win

  • bolich: I realize 44,000 isn't a big number compared to some of the massive stadiums around the country. I've been in much larger stadiums myself but I don't think they were as loud as RU's stadium on this night. Everyone were on their feet and screaming their heads off, particularly in the 2nd half. Even Herbstreit mentioned how loud it was. It was awesome.

  • There are multiple occasions when the center and QB from the visiting team have trouble communicating because they can't hear the snap count...that's how loud we often get. Penn State and all them can have their 100,000 person occupancies...we'll gladly take our deafening 44,000 any day.

  • Oh no!! where's Vic?

  • What an unbelievable scene. Too bad I had work the next day or I would have partied all nite

  • An incredible feeling to be in the stadium for that entire last quarter...and of course for this moment as well...

    what a night!!

  • Will be one of Rutgers shining moments for generations to come!

  • sweeet
