Ferrari factory actually has a windtunnel to test aerodynamics.

So I think they know a thing or two about downforce.

Putting a wing on a car it doesn't always mean that it is funcional.

The most difficult challenge in making a road going high performance car is to get the higher downforce with the simplest and cleanest surface possible.

The 458 does not need a wing cause they solved the problem in a different way.

So basically what you have done is mess up completely two years of Ferrari R&D.

I agree that the rear wing is horrible, but that carbo fiber spoiler in the front absolutely compliments the 458's design. I always thought that something was a bit missing by the front air intakes, and now I see that it was a slighly lower spoiler. I guess Ferrari never added it on to the stock model since it makes the car more impractical for the road (harder to go over road bumps). Well, now I know how to customize my 458 when I order it. And I ain't kidding ya ;)
