thanks man! my family didnt want to play because they thought it looked too complicated compared to the old monopoly. I showed them this and viola! they jumped right in
@nessiebearluvsyou It's dependent on the district you land on. Residential is usually about half what industrial costs, but can be affected by hazard tiles, which negate additional rent Residential blocks get you. Industrial blocks are immune to hazards.
If I'm right, though, you still get at least base property rent.
Nice Review man. I recently got tired of video games and got into board and card games. I wish u would review more board and card games. Also have u tried Monopoly Deal it's only $5 at Target or Walmart, and is pretty fun. It's a good game because it's portable, no tedious set up, doesn't take hours only 20 minutes per game usually. It's a good game to play when u don't want to take hours playing monopoly.
Yeah I was thinking about buying this looks fun. I was tired of television and video games, and wanted a board game or card game. I went to Target instead of Walmart, since they have a better selection of board and card games. The monopoly ubuild was $15, so I didn't buy it. I bought uno, sorry revenge, Monopoly Deal(All card games and $5. All were fun but Monopoly Deal was the best. Same day went to Walmart later they had ubuild for $10, is this game good seems interesting.
you explain well, its just that some rules you mention are wrong.example, at 7:15 you say you can build a skyscraper after getting planning permission.the only part wrong is that with planning permission, it allows you to build only bonus or hazards, or move them 2 spaces for free. also if there is a hazard on a district, it is not worthless anymore.if you land on it and it has residential buildings they dont count, if it has indus, it does, none-the-less you pay landing fee if no building.
Excellent Review i was questioning to myself that if its worth it because where i live it cost 10$ and i was like mhhh 10$? its not worth it so i went 2 youtube to check. The next time i need 2 check its true by this quote " never judge a book by it's cover" thanks.
Excellent review. Thank you very much,a s I had vbeen wondering about this game.
But a question: does the path set down have to be one, so can there be multiple paths (that is, one can go one way or another, like a fork in the road)?
