For Globe 3G subscribera (PHI), dapat naka set ang network mode to UMTS at dial *9000 and make video call. Meron ito channels such as GMA 7 for Live TV at Made-for-mobile such as theHUB. charge = Php5.00 per minute (ang mahal!)

this phone sucks, at least in my country for that price, shitty menu , software sucks also ... headphones are the worst , no good stream or bass or treble whatever , i am not glad that i boyght this phone

ayaw mag video stream ung fone ko.. iba yata ung UDP setting nya--under sya sa network--streaming settings...globe net po me..

Thanks for posting this. I've been interested in the KU250 lately. It's quite underrated and not that many people have it so it's a plus for me. Was the 'live feed' on the video a service of Smart or Globe? I noticed that Globe is offering a 'mobile TV' service for 3G enabled phones and Smart only offered it for real TV phones (the ones with the DVB-H tuner like the Nokia N92). BTW, how much do they charge you? Is it per minute or a fixed rated? Sorry for the questions. I'm just really curious.

I can simply watch them through my operator's WAP service. I don't know if all of the operators has that.

To me it costs 1,5 euros / 24 hours and that includes 7 channels with unlimited data transfer. So it's not for free but still pretty cheap.. :p And yes, you can see the album art in KU250.
