pre heat ballasts and bulbs are really old school. they are very hard to find

Not the one by where I live, and when it did, was just the warm white ones. And for the Sylvania PL's, all I can say is stay away from those as their tips break very easily.

The Uspar quad Cool White, Can Be Found At Home Depot. They Are Avalible In Warm White Too! I Hope This Helps. PS: The Sylvania Twin Tube Model Is Still Preheat, But Seems To Turn On With one Or Two Blinks, Glows Orange At The Base, Then Turns On. Thanks This Is a Great Video. Please Make More If You Can.
