  • God bless you!

  • y'know, i like the message you're sending out. I've maintained a vegan diet for about 20 years (abot to be 28). I've been doing some research (lots of it) religiously for the past 10 years or so, and concluded that raw milk and cold water fish aren't so bad! In fact, they are pretty beneficial to a long, healthy life. That kefir sounds quite interesting...I'm going to do some research. Thank you for the great info & for loving our planet! :--D

  • what's the song @ the beginning?

  • More people should give kefir a go, more people should tell there freinds about it. Pass this video to your freind!

  • Is that a Mango wood bowl from Target? lol

  • Keep learning and developing is great advice and a great video. "Kefir" is a new

food source for me, so thanks for posting this video, I will give it a try.

  • That looks like your own unique acai bowl. How do I make that creamy milk?

  • e eat some raw water buffalo (always grassfed) and i feel so good after it.

  • you are so humble! you are my raw model my man! greetings from Munich!

  • Smart way to eat! Way better then eating a big mac aka (poison food) i want to live forever so i try to eat a healthy diet too! Nice!

  • Great information and wonderful choices. I am exploring the raw food lifestyle and have found many great benefits. I like your approach and love that you advocate tuning into your OWN body and using information from others as just that....information.

  • soooooooooo when r u gonna make a vid on eatin stuff off trees in the park again? those make me laugh.

  • Things have changed big time since I featured you on Sweet Raw-La-La! Thanks in part to your influence. Now I am "The Health Exhibitionist".

Remember when you told me to remind you about The Raw Built Body Project? Well here's a sweet little reminder. Nudge, nudge. <3

  • this is so great to see the truth to health is out! great job! weston price daniel vitalis woot woot!

  • oooh I want black salt!

  • Hey, I was just wondering where you got those amazing wooden bowls from? I´m also looking for big water bottles like the one you have, and was also wondering where to get one of those ; ) Thanks so much, and great video!

  • "The wise man knows what he knows not."

Thanks Anthony, I'm loving kefir lately (and not to get too technical, but I believe its pronounced "kay-feer"-well, my romanian husband pronounces it that way.) Is it not raw if i get it from whole foods? i've just got some grass-fed goat's kefir and I'm on a raw fast, is this technically not raw unless you make it yourself?

Really digging the humility and modesty coming from you!

  • good that you are open to other teachings about food. i got sick as a vegan and MOST strict vegans and raw foodists i see are sick, weak & out of balance.

try to force an Inuit Indian into a raw vegan diet and tell them they wont be able to connect to the spiritual side of life...they will laugh at you then maybe eat you ;-]

  • right on man...Ive been truly enjoying your videos lately.

Great point about not being able to connect to the spiritual side because of eating flesh, Im totally with you on that. Who are we to think "our" diet is superior? Who the heck knows?

Thanks again and keep spreading the light, it is totally appreciated by all.

  • Could you please shed to us what you ate when you were a raw foodist or vegan? How long were you on it for?

  • You are on point on how to keep your cup half full so that you can continue to learn.

I truly believe that philosophy. There are so many different modalities out there that may or may not work for you but I know for me, I have to walk the walk before I can talk the talk. Much love and Peace Rocky :)

  • I truly enjoy your comments in this video. I agree that it's important to remain open to new ideas and to remain a student.

I recently did the same as you in mixing the different salts I've collected into a little grinder.

When I travel, finding local salts is a priority. My friends are somewhat riddled when I do this.

I have some salt from South America, France, Italy, and Asia...but none from Hawaii. The various flavors are multidemensional, if that is possible.

  • Forgot to say, The Whey can be drunk seperately also. There is a LOT of goodness in the Whey.

    UK Hugs again x

  • I DEFINITELY agree with you! We ARE students because there is ALWAYS something new coming to us and to learn about. Life is constant learning.

I also have recently discovered and started enjoying Milk Kefir and Water Kefir....FAB!

THANKYOU very much for this GREAT recipe idea!!

    UK Hugs x

  • Great food, wise words

  • Colostrum is great, and yummy :P What are your thoughts on raw whey protein? Everyone has mixed reviews on raw whey. Do you use it in elixirs, smoothies, etc?

  • Great attitude! You are a breath of fresh air ; )

  • I have salt envy! I was just listening to the ElixirCraft mp3 and Mr. V was talking about how those salts. I'm excited to try them.

  • yo anthony, adam here, posted a few times on the blog....been pretty content on my own experiences on kefir, still havent made my own but looking forward to coconut kefir at some point.....just read dominant health from rawmatt, check him out, very thorough and informed and the books gratis. cheers man keep goin

  • The raw diet of the ancient early humans was supplemented with insects(which is the missing ingredient that makes the raw diet work long term without supplements....((thank god for supplements...)) I have slipped back into vegetarianism from veganism myself.... great to read of your experiments

  • @michaeljking What veganism is missing is meat, not insects.

  • open to trying kefir to see how my body reacts. I am a little, little bit of a sugar addict, so perhaps adding some animal products will help me. This video has definitely helped me. FREEDOM is my number one goal. Thank-you. YOU ROCK!!! :)

  • cringe. We already have enough dogma with the religions of the world. I admire your desire to find your own truth- A truth that is constantly expanding, growing and evolving. It takes a strong, wise and confident person to do so, and to share this with others! It's definitely a rare thing to find in people these days. I'm vegan at the moment because I intuitively felt like it would help me to become more in tune with my higher self- that's originally why I got into this scene. But I'm definitely

  • I really appreciate you posting this! YAY for being life-long students! Haha, it's funny, people all the time ask me if I'm done school, or if I'm still in school. I always respond with, "I'm a life-long student. I go to the school of LIFE. I'm never going to stop learning!!!" Your approach towards food and life reminds me so much of mine. I'm currently mostly raw vegan, but in no way define myself by this. I'm completely open to trying new things and experimenting. Any kind of dogma makes me..

  • wow that's a lot of bee pollen! Anyway, it looks yummy.

  • Great info! I agree, if I try to restrict to much at once, I find myself rebbelling! Intresting dish too, sounds good! :)
