I like this look..it sort of looks like a Lexus Rx 350...which I cannot afford. I will probably wait until the 2014 model comes out to see if they made any changes and to see if there are any problems.I definitely will be watching the reviews.
This new crappy design inspired me to order a brand new 2012 Escape So I could actually have a SUV that looks and plays the part. In my opinion it looks girly and geared more for city driving, I like using my '05 off road and will also be using my 2012 the same. I actually ordered my '12 on the very last day "tuesday of this week" they were accepting 2012 orders...Whew!! just got in under the wire!

It follows the design of the focus. If you don't like it, don't buy it. In my opinion it looks much better than the old one. If you want the old escape, buy an explorer. Not to mention its lighter and gets 5 more highway mpg. With the 2.0 turbo, it should be relatively quick and fun to drive. Can't say that about the 2012.
Are you people kidding me? The 2013 interior and overall look of the Escape isn't ugly. If you want an ugly SUV then go by a Honda or Subaru. Talk about Ugly interiors on both of those brands. If you don't like the Escape then don't buy it! There's nothing wrong with the look or interior of the Escape. The Jeep Patriot I looked at was nice but the leg room as pathetic. The Escape at least has leg room and is roomy for taller and shorter people. The interior is fine and a lot better than most.
UGLIEST FORD ESCAPE EVER MADE...hey guys we should sign a petition to get the designer fired for designing the 2013 ford escape..this is so disappointing.
Amazed at how many people actually prefer boxy suv's over cross-overs.

I have an 09 Escape and i like it a lot. Undecided on this one. I think Ford should bring back the Bronco to put a real SUV back into the market.
