What a shame, IMNirvana. It seems that Rent-A-Coder may be blocking your IP because of a possible violation of the Web site's Terms of Service.
If you're using dial-up, which has a Web accelerator feature, DISABLE it. Please be advices that you have to disable the Web accelerator program each time you visit Rent-A-Coder's site.
I hope this suggestion solves the problem.
