  • Rick Santorum ripped JFK's remarks and his subsequent "separation of church and state"-based decisions...

yeah, right, Rick. Let's keep America FREE.

  • @2eelShmeal Actually, Southerners are and were then the most religiously tolerant people in the nation. It's Yankee liberals that are intolerant of people who don't believe like them. For instance, a Bible-believing Christian wouldn't have a snowball's chance in Miami of winning a state-wide election in Massachusetts, regardless of what political issues he stand for. On, the other hand, there are many non-Bible believers that get elected in Dixie.

  • 0:22 The guy introducing Kennedy already tells a huge lie. Not only was the south exactly as he described it, but it still applies today in most of the south. What a load of shit he started out with. To say the south is racially and religiously intolerant is not propaganda, but an understatement.

0:37 Many Catholics disagree? Another understatement. There are apx. 40,000 sects of Christianity, of which Catholicism is but one. But hey, they have the most money and their own city right?

  • Great Speech!

  • @Taiginator you are a heretical idiot

  • the jews the enemies of he human being, they creats the falsee religions, they are behind the terrorism

  • @Taiginator Take a suicide pill and ring me tomorrow when you wake up.

  • @Taiginator 90% of Catholics don't give a fuck about the Vatican. I used to be Catholic and i know a lot of good people who are Catholic who are far better people than any prejudice and hateful so called "Christian" like yourself.

  • @SyringeCycle religions dont always offet personality..

Dont put anyones religion done to feel better about yourself.

    just chillout!!

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS Isreal? >.>...seriously? you must be retarded to think that.

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS the Israeli's have no reason to hate because they are God fearing Jews they just dont believe in Jesus, the taliban hates us because they believe those who dont believe in allah should be killed, That's not the case with Israel.

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS and your shrink is..?

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS How the fuck does ISRael has anything to do with this? Or are you been sarcastic

  • I wish we had true leaders today like this. It upsets me. The media seem to take the lead and dictate our views. But many people have their own views, and should speak louder than the media. We should be heard, and everyones voice should be heard, we have the power to sift through the idiocy an hear the views that make sense...

  • The last part of this video seems to be coming more true every day.

  • That sounds nice and is just what Evangelical pastors wanted to hear Johnny. "If the American people could learn what I know of the fierce hatred of the priests of Rome against our institutions, our schools, our most sacred rights, and our dearly bought liberties, they would drive them out as traitors." - Abraham Lincoln 1964 Thandfully, Kennedy was not a devout Catholic and didn't care what position his priest, pope, etc. thought about anything.

  • i dont think this is live i think it has been edited....

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS An anti-semite 911 consiparcy theorist! Let me guess: White, single, social outcast, virginal,no formal education, abusive parents, latent homosexual, vagrant, fantasist, medicated, lonely,oh so lonely, chronic masturbater, lonely, academic failure, lonely. You express all these things through your internet persona. Can't you get anyone in the real world to listen?Do they shun you?Do they mock you?Is this the only forum that you can express yourself?Stupid cunt.

  • @cometogether365 Beautiful? Really!!!

  • I am black. JFK had bolls of steel man, you know what he is? He is a God fearing man. To bad I can't speak about Obama having bolls, its like wat the itallian president said about obama he has a pretty face and a pretty speech nothing more. JFK I solute you.

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS At least it is obvious that something quite sinister is going on.

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS cool story bro

  • where can i find the video in CoD? im really curious if Alex Mason's face is there

  • Today i may be the Victim.. But tomorro Might be you... Jefferson Talks All about it...

Today He Was Shot By the Secret Soviet... Tomorro might be you..

  • @BBCSHEEPNEWS In your mind Israel is responsible for everything...I take it that no one in the middle east is responsible for any of their own problems.

  • You have to admire JFK's guts to go into the midst of such a contentious group addressing such a divisive issue, He handled it with grace and confidence.

  • For clarification of its implications, watch this speech on " BibleorTraditions" 's channel ( or on mine )

    Cheers anyway

  • oh no CODS

  • i came here to watch this after playing blackops

  • It's amazing that a good & honest man would be shot down like a dog in the middle of the street....but no one ever takes a 2nd look at worthless criminal Obama .

  • Lmao Kennedy was not killed by the Pope...gimme a break. It anything it was a corporate hitman or a CIA assassin.

  • This man was the best president you could ever wish for. YOU'LL BURN IN HELL JOHN EDGAR HOOVER

  • this video and it's description are shit

  • matheis="This speech angered the Pope and the Vatican which eventually led to JFK's assassination" are you on drugs???? meybe you should look towards the mossad not the vatican.LOL

  • "I believe in an America- Free of Nazi Zombies; Free of Nova gas Zombies.

I shall use any means possible to rid the pentagon of these undead creatures!!!"

  • Best President OF USA Killed By Evil People Named The Illuminati

  • GO JFK GO JFK GO JFK

  • Americans have a shared religion that conflicts with no other religion. It is the constitution. But some are too good for religious dictates and would rather make the rules as they go. I refer to the vast majority of our elected leaders and a sizeable mass of our population.

  • The real question is. Why are progressive threaten by religion? Is it because religion has rules that enforce moral values? Could it be that government is jealous of God and therefor would like to be God?

  • @ericlebo As a progressive I feel no threats from religion. To the contrary, it is often the religious who fear "threats" in progress (as you have said, a seeming loss of morality). Additionally, if the reason one acts morally is because it is set forth by a construct rather than that they just desire to do moral things, how is that moral behavior???

  • @Dwn4Unity Well actually, no religion mandates that you must believe in their beliefs. Religion in itself is strictly voluntarily. I never said that an athiest could not moral, nor did I say that a person of faith could not be immoral. I was simply pointing out that as government expands as promoted by the progressive movement. It has a vested interest in removing the beliefs one might hold to be above the governmental power structure.

Also just exactly where is religion threaten by progress?

  • @ericlebo "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s"

Also, correct your grammar please. The state does not wish to be like God except in your own world sir.

  • @BoredGuyWithCamera Riddle me this, knucklehead. What do you consider to be Ceasar's and what do you consider to be God's.

And yes! Government and the people with in government want to be God. In the sense that government leaders want power and control over the people, and in order to obtain that power they will try to remove all belief structures the people may have of a power greater then thyself.

  • do not pray easy lives, pray to be stronger men

  • that's fucking baker speaking with a fraudulent accent tape this this is proof that baker was a cia operative

  • The founding fathers of America knew that if we intertwined religion with politics, everything would fuck up. Oh... wait... they were right.. gg.

  • Haven't seen a President since this speech, which I remember watching, give anything near this, with simple honesty, clarity and directness. In grammar school, we pledged allegiance to flag before class started. In 1953 or so ( In 3rd grade class w/Miss Mullen) to prove loyalty, "under God" was added in McCarthy Era when old Joe saw communists in every shadow. JFK's election started the steamroller of evangelical right, furious he won. Culminated in Nixon, then ultimately Reagan.

  • Don't start the revolution without me!!!

  • @Vazquez71

News Flash: There will never ever be another revolution in the United States because the people are too scared of the military.

  • (cont.) The puritans portrayed as innocents being persecuted, claiming they weren't allowed to practice their beliefs, we are taught of their first thanksgiving, so touching. These were the same innocents who were responsible for murdering women as "witches in the Salem witch trials. They left England bec they cldn't get their way. Henry VIII broke w/Rome and formed Church of England so he cld marry Anne Boleyn, then he lopped her head off. Elizebeth I ruled 40 yrs until late 1500's, (16th c)

  • These are the ancestors of the current evangelical right who are still trying to take over the Federal Govt and make it a theocracy.... as long as it's THEIR theocracy. They were convinced the Catholic Church in Rome wld take over the U S Govt and the Pope wld reside in a papal enclave inside the Vatican walls of what is now Washington D.C. They were projecting their own goals, so far they've taken over the Republican Party.

  • Search Kennedy Family Forum on Google for a great Kennedy MB

  • Here's the link to a great Kennedy forum with loads of info and pics.

  • I got to meet JFK when I was a kid. I'll never forget him or that experience.

  • @100Meadows What was he like?

  • The CIA shot him. Damn the CIA!

  • Just to be clear - this speech is by Senator Kennedy, not President Kennedy.

  • One of the greatest speeches of the 20th Century. JFK had to have a lot of guts to go into such a potential hotbed of contention.

  • Truly this president spoke of religious liberty and separation of church and state as it should be. Our current liberties are slowly being taken away by those in power in our own government and they are connected with those in religious power-need I say more? We now have to guard our hearts and thoughts lest we condemn ourselves by how we believe. May God help us in these last days.

  • Thanks for posting. Let's all remember our history. There was a real fear in 1960 of a President of the United States having to answer to papal (the Pope) authority in Rome. I believe that was a legitimate fear at the time.

  • @HistoryGuy1966

It's a fear that has become reality.

  • @hexagonmoose I love my Grammy. 68, coffee with JFK each visit to Dallas. Photographic memory, calling you out:Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past. Ever read, ingrate? I read it first at10, it was new. I met JFK when I was 20, we shared a table in a diner, both reading it. We had fun, no sex, just laughs. Stel read your bullshit, and played all videos, all true, I was at the church in Houston, it's not altered one bit, shame on you." 2bc...

  • i like how he says old people

  • @jimmytony87 irony,Grammy isn't done: for spewing myth of your own about that man. We met for coffee 10-15xyr, never once lied to me, and he would run things by me last minute. The day he was shot I was supposed to meet the family. I saw the motorcade, direct view of "Oslwald's window, no one there. Shot came from front, hit a pole, I ran to car, Jackie in shock. If I describe him, stel dies. 4/27/61, he warned public of gov't change. He wasn't interested. They shot him, threatened me; said I

  • "The south is not a hotbed of .....

  • @2002montana Grammy owns rehexadouche: He knew, gave me his journal at his last speech. I have their names, father to oldest son id how it works. Big business. Because of Jack, you don't live in NWO, he got names, they know I kept, and stel will keep when they try to kill me. I'll be on TV before, rocket 808. I'll say leader name. he wrote history you speak of, this is my revenge. his too. Stel is gone now.

  • It is not important what church I believe in. It is important what America I believe in.

  • yes your right

  • This quiality's poor, British Pathe's online film collection has loads of great JFK videos

  • There will never be another president like John F. Kennedy. Not only he can talk the talk, but he can walk the walk.

  • The best American President ever John F Kennedy!!

  • @AlAlvares1 yes

  • It doesn't matter what you believe in, God must exist in a free society. Without God there are God-given rights and little excuse for any rights at all.

  • @JosephChamberlain3 absurd and intellectually lazy I would suggest

  • The reason why JFK was killed is because he had ideas of what it will be called Socialism (like countries in western europe / not comunism).

That forbidden word in US is affecting to the real tenders of all the National Debt. JFK wanted to finished that dependency with the Federal Reserve and make that the goverment make decission about monetary issues and equality, making that the market be controlled by state. I hope to be alive when the true is develop to all US citizens.

  • @TheDmora . . . . and the people also, of every other nation to enjoy freedom of control over the power to issue their own money, . . .

  • see youtube; JFK OUR LAST GOOD PRESIDENT

  • your a gronk ! how bout you try and be the president of america!

  • JFK ny HERO the last real president ever!

  • I agree that every law enacted decreases our freedom. Remember, Kennedy was a catholic. First one for president, I think. Oh well,... I think he was murdered by those in control. Period.

  • @walkwithsteven But not b/c he was catholic. His family Ted, had long career, even after what he did to drowning girl. Jfk's catholicism was issue b/c ppl feared what did happen--- Hart-Celler Act, Romanization of U.S. (open S. Border to Catholic Spain-controlled territories). It ended free country, now pple just keep mouths shut. It was Romanized; they gush abt no protestants on Supreme Court now on t.v., 400 mormon kids taken over a fake phone call, etc. right to have been afraid.

  • Me again, sixth and last, I promise. Thank you for posting this speech. In jr high I was assigned this subject for a debate. I was given Kennedy's position. I posed the point that the fact of his religion like his race should not even be a factor in his candidacy. I felt strongly even then that the state has no place in our personal life. Every law enacted decreases our freedom. Freedom is life.

  • Fifth, I am sorry this is so long, but much was said in the other comments and I do not believe in calling people out by name and attacking them for simply expressing an opinion. I also do not understand why people call others filthy names when they do not agree. I know I just opened myself up for a guaranteed juvenile attack of name calling, but oh well, it really puzzles me. I suppose it is because I would not do it.

  • Fourth, I cried along with my class when Kennedy was killed. I cried for the loss of our president, the loss of our nation's innocence, his family, etc. When Reagan was shot, I was shocked and relieved when he survived, but there were no sudden tears as with Kennedy only because by that time our nation had gone through so many assassinations, attacks, losses and grief that my tears were spent.

  • Third, there are no evil or saintly president's. They are fallible men. Some are more capable than others. Some are made by their circumstances. Kennedy was one of those. From the fiasco of the Bay of Pigs to the Missile Crisis. Quite a difference.

  • Second, Kennedy was not well known when he ran for pres. He won by a narrow margin and basically his father's money paved his way.

Third, he was not God. Presdent's actually have limited power in office. He made good decisions and bad ones. Remember the Bay of Pigs? He was actually in for too short of time to judge. He was inspiring, visionary and charismatic but had the morals of a pig and was cruel in the cavalier way he treated Jackie.

  • I just received the following wire from my generous Daddy; Dear Jack, Don't buy a single vote more than is necessary. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for a landslide. -John F Kennedy

  • First, the term "Separation of church and state" is not in the Constitution. It is freedom to worship, meaning protection from the state. That is why many European's and others came to America in the first place, no longer to be persecuted for their beliefs whether Protestant, Catholic, Quaker, Judaic, Pilgrim, Baptist, etc. The founding father's were protecting freedom not the state.

  • This man has made such an impact on peoples lives. I remember my mom telling me that when she was in 3rd grade and been told jfk was shot the whole classroom cried. But i also remember when i was in school and hearing reagan got shot no one cried a single tear.

  • Kennedy nailed it. Religious issues should be private matters that bear no influence to America, which should not fall prey to the hands of power-hungry and sanctimonious theocratic interests.

  • @KirbiesandYoshies Correct. But there is one religion which differs significantly from others, Islam. It is a political, legal, military, & social, totalitarian system, which poses as a religion in order to extract total obediance, and to justify it's abhorrent practices. But the main reason that requires Government intervention into the "religion" of Islam is this: Shariah law, which is integral to Islam, is unconstitutional, and it's adherents are guilty of seditions and treason.

  • @write2topcat Would you mind listing your credentials in Comparative Theology? I'd like to cite your observations in a paper I'm writing.

  • @KirbiesandYoshies Hart-Cellar Act, force open U.S. South Border to Catholics (no catholic churches would be harboring illegals if they were N. Euro protestants --- the only ethnicity that COULD have made the u.s. constitution, catholics never could, as they do NOT believe in self-determination and other values)--- BORE OUT all the concerns were valid. Catholics acted as catholic nationalists. They did not separate church/ state, hid atrocities of activities ( eg: what did to serbs).

  • So sad that he got shot.

  • this speech didn't anger anyone. shut up

  • great video,thanks !

  • hey spewgilist maybe you should look up the rest of the speech because it goes on for a lot longer than this video. Then maybe you wouldn't ignorantly generalize what President Kennedy did or said toolbag.

  • Why, does he say the Rosary later in the speech?

  • @ spewgilist ur a fuckiin idiot

  • @spewgilist Spoken like a true dumbass.

  • Oh, I guess I'm wrong....I checked my facts and old Jack really did live his faith, and most of all, had the utmost respect for his marriage vows. Get real.

  • @spewgilist I don't have any problem with your views. Yoiu just forgot to include all of the Republicans in your attack on faithless husbands.

  • JFK became a born-again Christian along with the director of the Bay Of Pigs 3 months before his death, according to the testimony of John Todd

  • your a git, Catholicism is the oldest christian faith in the world

  • Catholicism???, nothing more than the old Roman Empire in religious costumes, plus

' MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH'.

    Rev. 17 (KJV)

  • Thanks matheis ... good stuff !

  • Awesome upload. Thank you.

  • matheis, who posted this vid - Catholic Church "new world order" ?? haha.

O is the "NWO" with his "single-payer" unit and "Civilian Sec Force"

b/c of King Ferdanan and Queen Isabella killing heretics in Spain (not the pope, Church), the Church was motivated to be for seperation of church and state

(Church simply called out heretics as She does today - did not order deaths)

JFK would vote pro-life as would 1972 Ted K (read his own words) who chose D party over science in 73 w R v W

  • IS IT JUST ME I mean we live in 2009 there are over 100 different forms of birth control and we are still killing babies all because we would rather do away with a pregnancy than TEACH our nation responcibility (Personal and Otherwise). My goodness all it takes is a shot in the arm once every 4 months why is it people would rather have a surgical procedure (which negates the well the shot is dangerous yes well surgery has an extremely larger risk than any type of birth control.) It's BS

  • Obama! Screw bush!!

  • Obama is nothing but a puppet for the N.W.O, they were afraid that trying to pull off their crap that the black people would rise up and fight against it as they have gotten many things done and are capable of so what do they do?? I'll tell ya they put a black face on the N.W.O. and now black ppl are relaxed thinking that Obama has their backs and Obama is relaxed thinking falsley he is 1 of them and WE all GET Screwed! Watch K.R.S. 1

  • bush for war crimes bush killed the u.s.a

  • RELIGION IS NOT NEEDED.....

  • Wow, I didn't know he was the first catholic president. Cool fact.

  • @jsj297

    First KNOWN Catholic president.

  • @jsj297 helped his election even more knowing he was a hardcore into religion :)

  • religion or race should have no place in an election thats why u got bush and now to try to stop people thinking your the most racist bible bashing country on the planet u elected the joke that is obama. every one the world could see he was all talk except u. u'd rather take the opinion of morons like p diddy and chris rock. Jfk was the best u had and will ever get.from Andrew Kennedy ireland

  • i am running for president 2024, will you guys support me?? i am fiscally conservative and social liberal. We have 15 good years so that i can make it and finish what kennedy started

  • We allowed what Kennedy started to die with him.

  • go for it..

  • jfk may not have been our most moraly correct preisident but i thinhk he was one of the most qualified ever.even his most ardent detractors agree that he was very intelligent and had a vast knowledge of not only American history but world history. he was antiwar for the most part but showed his toughness with the russians( back channels allowed) he was a progressive democrat with many conservative leanings,he never would have voted pro choice, he was to me one of the most well ballanced of all

  • i can honestly say, at 38 years old,

i have *NOT* seen one *GOOD PRESIDENT AS A COMPLETE ENCOMPASSMENT IN CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP, AND REPRESENTATION* and since thats probably "half" of my life, i doubt sincerely that i will see one for the rest my span

unfortunate that i did not grow up in his time

i grew up with reaganism, bush.clinton, bush, and now obama

    JOKE

  • Wow... I'm an atheist and I love this man. He is 100% right. I have never heard another president say anything like this.

  • @fretzombie JFK Is was always. and will always.

Be the greatest president america has gotten.

    <3 JFKKK...

  • God bless John F. Kennedy. May Eunice Kennedy forever rest in peace.

  • veit fucking nam

    man...

  • Pray to GOD that he may send us leaders like this President. I agree! GET MAD !!!

  • the last honest american president. Killed by the men in the shadow who still run the world...when will the people wake up and start the revolution? YOU NEED TO GET MAD

  • all it takes is one person to begin a revolution,.

    look at abbie hoffman....

i would say that the conditions in america are becoming too similar to what they were in the sixties when that revolution began. the war in iraq needs to be stopped... and i truly believe the people are the only ones who can stop it. we should march on washington...

  • I agree with You

  • fyi there's a march on washington on 9/12/09. if you can go i suggest it.

  • @linccnil - I'm mad. It is frustrating to be around so many hopelessly deluded.

  • @linccnil

The people in the United States are too scared to start a revolution.

A revolution should have happened when they killed JFK, but that did not happened.

  • A large part of the greatness of this country is due to the separation of church and state. I wish more countries would have that. Spirituality is great but the dogma of religion should be kept out of government. Unfortunately, the same issues of war, hunger and hopelessness still linger. I'm trying to make a point but I still don't know what it is. LOL!

  • Sorry, Austin not Dallas

  • The "old testament Christians" in Texas still hate the Kennedy's but love the Bush's! One is good and one is evil, so what does that say about Texans.

  • Kennedy won in Texas

  • xaviqaz:

I dont remember Kennedy winning in Texas. If he did it was because of Johnson and the fact that back then Democrats were right/left and Texas was a right wing democratic state. Also votes were bought by Johnson. You had to sign your ballot to make sure you voted the way you were paid to vote! Texas was a very corrupt place, I was there and I remember the tone of the people. I voted for Kennedy but everyone there hated him, mostly because he was Catholic!

  • Sure you are right but these are the facts: Kennedy won 50.5 - 48.5 in Texas, which was a democratic stronghold. Jimmy Carter won the state too in 1976

  • In Texas, Kennedy defeated Nixon by a narrow 51% to 49% margin, yes, I had forgotten that! All I remembered was the hate! Makes me think they might have had sinister plans for a Johnson presidency. But Texas did give us one good politician, Ron Paul and I often wonder how that ever happened!

  • I´ve been to Dallas and Houston and the people i met was lovely. As warm as bavarians in Germany or andalusians in Spain. There are good people everywhere.

PD: I agree about Ron Paul

  • I"am not American but i feell this great president like my one.He is the last great president that America hade and his death for me,marked a building of difrent tipe of rule, the one with conspiracy and covert action!

  • Kennedy the Last Great American President that was elected by the People and for the People!

  • Ey guys...how it come it have gone bad for u after kennedy?

  • jfk is my hero.

Critics can talk bad about him all they want, the truth is he was a gift from god. He lead our country with honesty and integrity for the 2 years 10 months and 10 days he held office. thats more than you can say for any other president.

  • youknuckle its very intresting if you like history =) fkn redneck

  • i love JFK he was the greatest president.

  • "THE OLD PEOPLE THE" i should of shook hand with them old people .

  • He was the victim, he knew he was! So brave and honest!

  • Chicago mafia elected him

  • Your an idiot.

  • The LAST "thinking" president. Our country and world would be considerably different had he not been killed. God rest his soul.

  • Amen to that,bro

  • Humankind is corrupt in its nature, rimjob. I feel what a man does on his own time, in his own privacy is his business no matter who he is, president or not. It's the end result, what they do for our country that matters. It's retards that feed the media their power to invade the privacy that they think we need to know. If obama has sex with a monkey, I don't need to fuckin know about it, nor do I want to because that's an image NO ONE needs to see in their mind.

  • its a shame they killed him!! Now we the people unite unite unite we the people have our rights

  • we should have bombed the G-20 with nuke and kill all of those rich elite vampires together....
