Do they have any cruisers left in Elgin? Then an Elgin OPP gets arrested on 401 at Woodstock for Impaired driving after enough ppl called and complains about his driving. I could go on and on. Overall quality is much better there pug, just need to give it a higher resolution when encoding it. I dont know what you are using still but if its windows movie maker use a higher resolution setting like 720p.
