not good. I suggest you use multiple sticks that trail the main guy. You do this by putting the trail guy in the same position as the main guy was in the previous frame. remember to put him behind the main guy. Have more than 2 trailers for slo-mo effects and only 2 for regular speed effects. I may post a video response to show you what I mean.
