you basically just ride the swing around until you do the flip. try and release sooner, you will land farther out and it looks better

nice... swing backflips are rather easy though once you get a feel for them... it took me about 20 minutes to teach myself. and now im trying to be stupid try double backflips on the swing. i made it around just enough to land on my stomach. but yea. great tutorial. only took my friend 10 minutes after watching your tutorial.

We are good at are swing flips it's just we are showing people how to do it when they are first learning. Then we show them a good one at the end.

I never seen a swing backflip tutorial. I couldn't do one until I saw this video. Great help. Umm lil advice please tell the recorder not to talk. It really interfears on what you have to say. Also don't breath in the camera so hard. But great tutorial.
