If you read isla,ic jurisprudence it states that the thief should qualify certain aspects and there are certain conditions that must be met, such as the thief's financial condition etc.. before the punishment is implemented. Stealing doesn't have the death penalty though. Killing another innocent human being has the death penalty , which is justified!

@drumpfuscher The death penalty is not absolute there are so many factors that are to be considered. If you read isla,ic jurisprudence it states that the thief should qualify certain aspects and there are certain conditions that must be met, such as the thief's financial condition etc.. before the punishment is implemented. Stealing doesn't have the death penalty though. Killing another innocent human being has the death penalty , which is justified!

These prisoners of war were retained by the Muslim Government until their government agreed to receive them back in exchange for Muslim soldiers captured by them, or arranged the payment of ransom on their behalf.

@drumpfuscher If the soldiers they captured were not exchanged with Muslim prisoners of war, or their people did not pay their ransom money to purchase their liberty, then the Muslim Government used to distribute them among the soldiers of the army which had captured them.

@drumpfuscher This was a more humane and proper way of disposing of them than retaining them like cattle in concentration camps and taking forced labour from them and, if their women folk were also captured, setting them aside for prostitution. In place of such a cruel and outrageous way of disposing of the prisoners of war, Islam preferred to spread them in the population and thus brought them in contact with individual human beings.
And they were to be treated well!

BTW In Islam if a girl/woman is married against her will she has the right to get her marriage annulled so if Aisha r.a. had a problem with Prophet Mohammad PBUH she just had to say it. She narrated 2000 ahadith which we muslims adhere to and believe them. All these after the Prophet PBUHs demise. She just had to say once that she was forced into it and she didn't like it or was unhappy with it. All of us would have accepted her what your video says happily.

@100kidane US Law : Permissible age(female) to consummate a marriage : 12 in Massachussets, 13 in Pennsylvania and 14 in many states. In Canada and Mexico it is 14. Women are thought of as incapable of reproducing in parts of Mexico if they dont reach puberty by the age of 13-14. Women in Arab at the time of the prophet used to reach puberty pretty early due to many conditions. In islam if a women dislikes her fathers choice of her husband she can choose to get out of the marriage.

@100kidane Aisha(r.a.) never objected. It was normal to consummate marriage at that time with women aged 9. So none of the opposers of Mohammad made a cry about it at that time. You see a problem with it now because you have a corrupted mind and a closed mindset. In islam it is permissible to consummate a marriage after the women reaches puberty. And an old guy marrying a young women should not be a problem to you. It is the wish of the husband and wife. I dont understand your problem.

In another hadith the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said: “How does anyone of you beat his wife as he beats the stallion camel and then he may embrace (sleep with) her?”

It is the Bible which describes woman's period as if it is a highly contagious disease which can be passed to other people by touch. In addition the Bible says, woman's discharge of blood is considered a sin of which a woman has to repent!

In Islam , womans period or discharge of blood is nether considered a sin nor transmittable uncleanness. the husband and the wife can do everything except sexual intercourse, as it is harmful according to the Quran!
