Have you even played a RTS game? if you dont know Real-Time-Strategy. It can't happen on a console. Those who have tried have failed horribly. Have you ever played a MMO? Massive Multiplayer Online? 10 million people are registered to World of Warcraft. Thats one game. PC gaming>console because console is limited.

I actually enjoy RTS games quite a bit along with MMOs.. BUT thats all the PC has.. NOTHING ELSE.. COnsoles have taken them away.. But PC gamign will still surely die.. Pc gaming will not die. There will always be hardcore PC gamers. Soon people will understand that wasting 60$ on a game that you beat in less than 4 hours is a waste and a massive drawback. I've played all the xbox games. They ARE LIMITED. Half-life 2 came out. For the 50 bucks I spent on that game, I have about 50 games because of all the mods. Thats money well spent. PC gaming is not dead nor will it die, thats where your wrong. It may have decreased but its not going any where.

I have been gaming since the N64 era.. And I know just about EVERYTHING about gaming.. And it is widely known that PC was the first gaming console? NO.. It wasn't.. A console by the name of Magnvavox Odyssey was.

No one claimed that PC was the first gaming platform, the Magnavox Odyssey was the first commercially available gaming consoles. But actually games existed before that, there was a game released back in 1962 called Spacewar(it was on PC)

And i don't think you really know much about games or consoles in general, for instance, you stated before that blu-ray disks space is 400GB, you're dead wrong, its more like 50GB.

Please state some actual arguments to your PC gaming is dying claim.

lol I loved this show...*sigh* what happened to G4 :( why is it still named G4tv? G4 stands for the 4 gens of gaming but the only thing gaming related they show is Xplay(which isn't as good as it used to be).

Maybe one day a new gaming channel will rise up and have similar shows like classic g4tv.

@SonicXmario50 there was a new gaming called gameplayhd but thanks too the dumb dish network it shut down with many other hd channels it had .they shut them because io cable was getting more customers then they were. why was that because they had a merger deal are something like that and when the dish backed out of there contract thats when io cable and the station that owned the 15 hd channels decided too slue the dish people . hope that helps

pc will never die as a gaming platform because the controls are better, everybody owns a pc nomatter their gaming console preference, and a pc will always be ahead of consoles in terms of graphics and processing power since new parts are created every month whereas new consoles are created every 5 years

I'm sorry but unless you have the money to shell out hundreds of dollars every month, and even if you do, it will be near impossible to play any next-gen games on the PC. Take the Bethesda games for example, its absolutely ridiculosuly whack how much it takes to run their games on full settings.

I agree with what you almost everything you said about what makes a PC superior to consoles, but PC Gaming is on the decline. It will never die because there will always be a small niche of dedicated players, but unless people find a way to circumvent costs and play their favorite games on the PC, there is no future in sight for mainstream PC gaming. Take WOW for example. Its definitely not the best MMO out there but its the most popular and most successful because it can run on a regular comp.
