The car went through the fence not jumped over it. When the car hit the fence, the fence lifted up and by the time the cop turned, the fence went back down. It was proved. Watch the show "Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files." They proved that the fence went up. Anyway, how would the car jump over the fence without a ramp or something similar to that.

There is not editing you dumb fucks, he went over the fence. The top pole on the left is not connected. He drove right over it thats why the fence was moving. Contrary to what the commentator says; they know how the guy got threw they just didn't tell you because it makes for good T.V. Ok problem solved!

Unless the video was edited in some way, there's no way he'd go "under" the fence without disturbing it. That is to say that the fence would be rocking or shaking in some way after being passed by a vehicle going at the speed that car was going. However, this isn't to say something didn't happen off camera that we didn't see. Though the police commentary says it dead ends, there's many explanations as to what happened to allow the car to escape. A hole elsewhere in the fence, an open car garage.

the folding fence theory is the most retarded theory here. A) if it was hinged at the top ( or unsecured at the bottom) there would be VERY visable dammage to the links of the fence, B) the fence would have been seen moving or swinging C) the fence would need structure at the bottom to stablize it when raising it & same at the sides. the cops woulda saw that. and fences are never build that way. u need another theory

I've never seen a chain link fence that wasn't secured at the bottom that would allow anyone to just lift it up and go on through... I mean, that kind of defeats the purpose of a fence.

Not sure about your part of the world, but at least here we put up chain link fences for a reason - to keep people out. We sure int he hell aren't going to make it so people can just lift up the bottom and walk right on it.

After carefully watch the speed of the white car and the clock on the police video, the time jumped and changed. This is a HOAX! not REAL. If you carefully watch at the end where the fence came to play, the white care speed up and enter the fence way left of the fence but the cop didn't get near the gate.

One of the necessary factors for this to happen is speed. At slow speed, the fence would be more damaged, and the car wouldn't be able to go under it. Ever tried climing a chain link fence while far from a fence post? Theres a lot of elasticity. The fence bends easily and is not stable. While on top of the fence, you could easily sway the fence back and forth. Does the fence remain bent when you jump over? No. It snaps back into its original place. Same concept. Mystery Solved.

I actually crashed my dirtbike into a fence after a jump a while back. I closed my eyes and crashed. When I opened my eyes, the bike and i were on the other side of the fence, and the fence was perfectly in tact. This is the exact same thing that happened here. How do you explain the speed?  People can modify engines and make cars faster... doesn't seem that far fetched. Also, if the fence posts are far apart, the car could hit the fence towards the middle-point between posts. The car would go under the fence without breaking any attatchments and the fence would snap back down to normal. The driver was either smart enough to realize this would happen, or he was just going for broke and trying to destroy the fence and keep going.

The who bending and folding fences is a great theory, but i saw this special and the video keeps going. The cops check the fence and it's strong and doesn't have a scratc on it. The cops even returned the next day and there was no way a any car was gonna pass that fence without breaking it. It really doesn't make sense.

i agree, sorry mandy but im sure this is a 'fake'. I have seen fences that are held only by top fastenings and can fold up. Try and look closely at the fence and try to spot and hinges that hold the fence otherwise.

Solved; chainlink fences with enough force will break at wire secure points on posts, if you run a car into it then the fence will lift up and let the car "under" it - then it will drop back down under it's own weight - secured by the top most anchors that didn't break. It appears to be in tact, but upon examination it is only hanging from the top fasteners.
