I have plantar fasciitis. The pain used to be on the bottom of my foot but now it's the back of the heel. Is there anything to do differently with the tape if the pain is there? Also, I'm a supinator... should I tape differently because of that?
Hey! I'm taping my feet for plantar fasciitis, but I have problems with getting the tape to stick to my ankle/calf. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix this? (:
@bizyvisat Other brands of kinesiology tape may vary in elasticity, but with the KT Tape brand, there is no difference between the rolls other than color preference!
@Crimsonkitsune333 yes there is deffinetly some thing to do with colours. the colour can affect the muscular strength. although they might dont even know

On the second piece of tape...coming across the bottom of the foot, how much tension is used? It looks like no or very little....

Do the different colors mean anything or is it just for clarity in the video?

Yes- there is no difference between the colors other than personal preference.
