I hope you know that G36 does exactly the same damage as M4 (the in-game stats are fake), but has higher recoil.

The M4 also has a better rate of fire, but the G36c has basically no sway when aiming down the sights which is huge. Let's just say if the M16 swayed like the M4 and the M4 didn't sway like the M16 then people would prefer the M4 by far. Sway is that big of a deal.

If you aim well it's really not a big deal because you take no more than half a second to aim before shooting.

It's not a big deal at anything past medium range, but past that it is very significant if you're trying to take somebody out across the map.

Btw, as long as you're posting CoD4 vids you should put up the Crossfire match from a couple days back where we came back to win by like one point. We both had pretty good games as well IIRC. Plus I need some redemption after you showed the youtube community how terrible I am at CoD5.

Anyway I've been seeing you on CoD4 lately. Bored of the beta? They really should increase the level cap and perhaps put in another map or two into the mix. People have already found several glitches on the beta maps, I'm sure the others need fixing before release as well.

Like I said, I don't like WaW. The gimmick has worn off and the only reason I'd play it would be to get some bolt-action footage, which I've given up on because they're impossible to do well with(on console anyway).

Yeah, I hear you. I'm not too impressed with the beta but after having a couple decent games I was starting to come around a little, but CoD4 is still *way* better.

Regarding the bolt-actions in the beta, they actually get stronger with a scope attached. Without it they're useless, but the Treyarch devs say the higher ranked bolt actions will kill in one shot unscoped.

It's clear Treyarch is clueless about weapon balance or even consistency. The starting SMGs/rifles are great for example.
