  • @Altois sure u r right!! liquid vegetable oils are not food!! they destroy our digestive system even if loads of "experts" are telling us to eat em instead of butter,dripping,coconut oil,cream etc.. read about the danger of polyunsaturated fats on Dr.Ray Peat website!! Its unbelivable that for sooo many years i was using flax/hemp seed oil and eating loads of nuts/seeds!! wish id knew better 7years ago!!

  • Unsaturated Fats R Not Good!!! They R not Stable!! Saturated Fats r The Good Ones! Coconut oil, palm oil, butter, lard, dripping and the fat in meat cheese and eggs!!   • @mokugin81 For the most part yes. Olive oil is great for mixing with balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar as a salad dressing as long as you keep it at room temperature in a dark area. Canola, Soy, Cottonseed (wtf that's that even food), safflower, sunflower... etc are not good oils to ever use.
