Looks like if you got a strong enough antenna and an old school analog tuner, you could probably pulll in a clear picture.

IIRC, the DS is using a similar chip, and the same resolution as the SNES.

I suggest that you build an amplifier for the video picture that is wired to the DS hardware itself, and either:

A. Use RCA cables

B. Make an RF modulator

Either of those will be better. Personally, I might try this myself with a broken DS. Audio would be easy to mod, so I won't explain.

All it is is interference and if you had the right hardware you could possibly get it to display on a bigger TV with out the bad picture.

you're in an auditorium, with a few different DS consoles, all of them active. Now say that there were wireless mics set up in this auditorium on VHF frequency. Would the signal emitted from the DS interfere with the responsiveness of the wireless mic system? This could explain a lot.

From my tests, outside of this video i put on youtube. no.... the siginal is so low that it is hard to ever get it to show up on a TV with the attenia pressed against the screen. you would seriously need thousands of DS's for it to interfear with a TV. much less a mic that's a few hundred feet away
