Our westie is 10 weeks old with one ear up and the other down. In time we were told by the breeder it will go up, but to help gently massage the ear for a couple of minutes every so often to stimulate the blood vessels. Hope this helps.

They see these dogs getting the attention they crave and it pisses them off so they take it out on the video, pretty pathetic
