@hirshdabirshda pretty sure you can do it either way, but boiling it a little bit first before you stir fry will make it better

I haven't seen any of his shows in a long time. i enjoyed watching them. I have a circulon pan almost like his, I've owned it for over 8 yrs now and the non stick coating still remains, while other pans have not lasted past 1 yr. Best buy I have made.

Yummy, and so very easy to cook. I used to watch his shows all the time. He is the best, and makes me laugh, lol. That makes the cooking more fun. The older shows are better of course.

Flank steak or London broil will work. However, if not available a good sirloin will work.
