Just to let you all know, I'm a gymnast and dancer and the first stretch for your wrists, can really damage your wrists. I highly recommend just doing wrist circles or something like that. Just a word of advice. xoxo

@carmo1500 usually your stronger and more flexible one. try splits with each left in front... whichever leg is easier is probably your good leg. you can also try standing up on one lege. whatever leg is easier is probably your good leg.
what do you do if your too scared, and keep on bailing out of it? and have almost no upper body strength??? i want to be able to do this so bad grrr!!!
try practicing doing the front walkover onto a bed to build your confidence then try going back on the bed and then try it on the floor also make sure you warm up proberly!!
