What a shame, should never be allowed to get into this state. Modern Cinema buildings are like sitting in a bloody 'Shoebox' boring, not like these old 'Art Deco' palaces. Bring them back!
an excelent video of what was the great cinema.. fond memorys as a kid going there.. i have taken some footage & pics myself when i 'gained access' a while back.
Still standing as of July 2011 despite having 15 foot of water in it!
currently for sale so not looking good!

there was talk off it getting pulled down for flats, i was aproched to put a price in for pulling it down...its a shame i went there when i was a kid
