the question i have for you , is what does the term "Ascention" actually mean?

it seems to me, humbly, that it is some over-used popular term that seems kinda hollow, like the trendy du-jour term..... as if it is something new??...that is just striving for learning,  self- knowledge, awareness and mostly, compassion....

The shift is the solar system entering the photon band. Its the sun being changed and emitting a mystery particle that is changing the radio-active decay rate. Its the magnetosphere weakening and letting in the photon band energy, which effects the aura, which effects DNA. Subbeddd! Loved the video. The ascension, I find, has been putting me "in the moment/present" all the time! You can choose to just "be" and "live" but this whole process is doing it for me I find. I absolutely agree!! That said, I was never so much into the chakra stuff, but recently I started with it and have had great results. Anyway, the idea though of not needing to do all of this exotic stuff that others claim is necessary is right on target.

Hi weatherman. When i was a hippie I so wanted to let go let it be be with the wind. Its good for someone who is at peace with themselves because they had great parents that nurtured them correctly. I was in pain and I couldn't figure out how to feel good. My awakening was gradual and I am still in pain. But that pain that drive to know and search judging learning to be free from the childhood expereince and the false bs. Because of this I know Now I know and I can do something for everyone.

Hey I am having the same problem here. It is very weird actually. I just recently within the past few months spontaneously felt a nudge to start listening to myself and researching this. The problem is now that i'm interested in this, I have no one to discuss these things with. Even the ones who say they understand look at me like I have two heads. Trust me, you're not alone. =)

Thats the weird part. Those of us who have awakened to it are not with a bunch of others. We're sparratic in such a way that we feel alone. I don't know anyone here that even wants to hear it. Not even the first sentence. It sukcs, but we have to hold strong, it won't always be this way. We wont always feel alone.

Yes... let the negative vibrations be disolved by the higher ones... i really believe ascension is about staying in high vibration. it's that simple. We all have free will, so we must make a focused effort (effortless) to always stay in the higher vibration, otherwise our habits will draw us back to lower vibrations.

for me, a good "techinque" is to just notice when the "obstacles" show up. I like to actually concentrate on, (and sort of smile at)--what seems to be "not good" for me(or someone with me) in the moment, and say internally--"oh, there's the rub...or oops there it is." Sounds silly--yeah, but for me, this allows roadblocks to dissolve like alka-seltser in water. Just seems to make for an easier time. Just a thought...
