@monacosun1 Yup! Just the quick two strands! Recently, I started doing the braidouts. Some people don't like the results, but it gives me more stretch. Whatever works though! :)

@MishKapeesh : ooo no chemicals in my hair. This video I had twist my hair down the night before. I do hot oil treatments weekly and co wash with conditioner. I keep moisturizer in my hair daily. Sometimes I twist at night and sometimes I may braid. I have 4a hair, so my hair naturally has tiny spirals, but not as big as the ones in the video!

Thats what I love about natural hair a simple puff will do when you forget to put your hair up at night. When I was relaxed and forgot to wrap my hair it was a hot mess in the morning and I had to put heat to it to make it look worth something.
