  • I am from florida and I really think that this place should go to harry's home in Wales and I would really appreciate you guys if you could organise it to go to the uk god I love their awesome monarchy

  • im not from england but they should build one in england :)

  • How many fanny packs, sunglasses, and cameras did I see in this video? Ohhhh muggles.....

  • If the tourist would wear cloaks and wizard hats,it would be really like were at hogsmead.

  • IN THE FAMOUS WORDS OF MRS WEASLEY "PACKED WITH MUGGLES OF COURSE

  • THE GUY AT 0.10 JUST PURCHEST THE LATEST BROOMSTICK "THE MOBILITY BOLT 8000" AND IS TAKING IT FOR A SPIN

  • Comment removed

  • I didn't know there was a rollercoaster in Harry Potter!

  • I think if Dumbledore had a fanny pack he would have survived *glares at the various hillbillies sporting those crucifixions of style and fashion* Why do they make those? Tried to burn one once.. sturdy little buggers, aren't they?

  • the womans poor english accent was hilarious. you should employ stephen fry or something.

  • should be in scotland, where jk rowling told us hogwarts is.

  • whos stupid idea was it to build the themepark in florida?!!!!!!!!!

  • they should rebuild this place in england because the harry potter potter world is rightfully ours and you wouldnt see americans in the film or the books.

  • @SuperSweetalicous For one the park is owned by Warner Bros. which is an American Company whom JK Rowling sold her film rights to. If she had sold her rights to a english company, then the park would of course be built in England, but she sold it to an American company, so it is ours, shutup and stop complaining.

  • @xIMOG3Nx firt of all im not talking so i cant shutup and seeing as your american..i hate you

  • @SuperSweetalicous Second, you're probably 12 so why am I bothering? Don't even bother replying. Poor grammar, kiddie remarks....yeah get owned.

  • @xIMOG3Nx get owned? only someone like you would say that and i can probably imagine what you look like. . . and poor grammer? dude this isnt a website where you check mistakes! its a website where you watch videos and comment on them. dont like my comments? dont read them......" yeah get owned"

  • oh and by the way look down to the top comments you can see that im not the only one thinking they shoudnt of built the theme park in florida

  • @SuperSweetalicous Yeah he's a retard too who doesn't understand selling your rights to an AMERICAN company. I'm done arguing with you kid. Bye

  • @xIMOG3Nx im saying this and it comes truly from the heart PRICK dont reply

  • @SuperSweetalicous I'm saying this and replying to you. I don't give a fuck what a 12 year old thinks. Learn film rights. And stop with the little kid insults rofl they're not offensive.

  • @xIMOG3Nx look are you stalking me or something just shove off and who told you i was 12? and when i insult you your meant to take the hint and understand that you should shove off. and i still think my opinion and theres nothing you can do about it! and if your so grown up you would of known that and been the better person ! and for the love of god just dont reply! because i wont

  • @xIMOG3Nx btw i thought you were "done arguing" with me. how long did that last? (who told you i was twelve? )if you dont give a fuck what i think then why did you reply in the first place? and when i insult you or when anyone insults you your meant to take the hint and shove off. and i still think my opinion and theres nothing you can do about it so your wasting time!

  • @SuperSweetalicous lolumad.

  • @xIMOG3Nx wat?

  • i would give anything to go there.

  • They should have Gringotts :D when you can change the dollars for galleons, knuts and sickle

  • how the bloody hell did all these muggles find hogsmeade?

  • Look I understand you want everything done in the UK but honestly, you guys are known for HARRY POTTER. Let us be known for having Harry Potter World and stop being so greedy -.-

  • @CataroniAndCheese you havwent got anything to do with harry potter and yes your all very happy its near you but your just saying :hey we're gonna take advantage of the fact that the harry pottere world is in florida!

you people digust me and how are we being greedy it is rightfully ours.

  • @SuperSweetalicous Well, you have the actual sets that they filmed all 8 movies in Leavesden Studios! I would KILL to go over there and go on one of their tours that they're going to do next spring. Yeah that's right, they're opening up the studio as a tourist attraction. You're getting upset that we have a replica when in reality, you have the real thing. Get over yourself please and shush up.

  • @CataroniAndCheese its still not the same id rather be in the wizarding world than i a studio stuffed with people. soo err i dont think you should "kill"

  • Why wasn't this built in the UK?!?

  • @Cosi88 If you look at any Wizarding World video someone always asks the same question "why wasn't this built in the UK?". Nobody knows, so quit asking!!!

  • Okay. It's not in England because none of the parks there bought the rights to build it I'm guessing. Idk if warner bros. had the idea or universal. But that's just who ended up with the rights to build it. the whole point of Universal is movies. And this part of the park is dedicated to adventure movies. So it fits. I hate to sound like a ten year old, but get over it!

  • I know for a fact that I AM wearing my robes.

  • And ALSO. Why the hell do the roof tops have snow on... Like they get heavy snowfall in Florida... No, they get it in SCOTLAND which is in ENGLAND where this theme park BELONGS. end of rant.

  • @Rosskiposski Where in Merlin's Beard did you hear that Scotland was in ENGLAND?

They're separated and both from the united kingdom.

I agree, though, it would feel more hogwarty in a cold place.

  • Harry Potter are British films and British books everything about them is British EXCEPT for the company that owns it. If JK Rowling had sold the rights to a British film company then We'd have this home in England, where it belongs.

  • Aw, look at all of the muggles! They're so cute, aren't they?~

  • Im very disappointed that there is no Gringotts bank, with a ride inside, like in harry potter :)

  • @Puncky1000 I know, right? They should most-definitely include that!

  • Muggles... making a fake Hogwarts and Hogsmeade cuz they can't go to the real one.

  • Where's Voldemort when you need him? He would taken care of all of those muggles!

  • I'm gonna work here one day. :D

  • kinda kills it when everywhere you look there are white american stereotypical tourists. Just saying

  • lol, was the accent on 2:12 faked or real? cos im englsih,. and im nto too sure :P

  • My heart was racing and I wasn't even there!

God, I wish I could go!!

I saw a Gryffindor and a Slytherin together, since when was that allowed??

  • i wish they'd built this in england... it would've seemed so much less muggle-ish. just look at all those people walking around in sunglasses and tshirts! if i went there, id be walking around in my ravenclaw robes no matter how hot it would be. xD

  • @weelycool We went to the dervish and bangles store and got photos taken in robes and scarfs and wands. There was air conditioning so it was okay to do that. I didn't pick up a robe though, they're $100 each, I'm not that fanatical about harry potter.

  • @gariadara 100 dollars?! I'm probably gonna make my own then heehee... any idea how much the tickets to the actual park are?

  • @weelycool $90 for Islands of Adventure 1 day pass. I recommend being there when the park opens at 9am, starting with Marvel, then Toons world, then Jurassic Park (you'll be completely wet and soaked in water after this point, and it would be about just past noon, depending on how fast you go-if you don't go to every store and just do the rides you'll make it to Harry Potter by lunchtime). HAve a butter beer, go eat at 3 broomsticks. Then after you're dried go on the Potter rides and stores.

  • @weelycool I recommend doing your Potter shopping here now, because later on just before the park closes the lines get infinitely long. after Potterland, go to the Lost Continent, do the shows there, then if you have little kids do Dr. Seuss, if not, skip it as it will only appeal to 5 year olds. Now, go back to Lost Continent's Mythos Restaurant for dinner (the interior is a sight to see). It's preferably around 7pm now, now go check out all stores you missed before leaving.

  • @gariadara Okay, thanks a lot! One more question, is there really a weight limit on the rides? If there is, what is it? Thanks again!

  • @weelycool I'm not sure what the limit is but I know for sure that the Forbidden Journey ride inside the hogwarts castle has a limit, they have a weighing scale at the entrance for the smaller children.

  • OHMYGOD THERE IS SO MANY MUGGLES IN THE HOGWARTS.

  • "Why wasn't this built in England" , England doesn't build stuff like this, or at least doesn't spend the kind of money to build it. why not come to America? jealousy?

  • Im soo lucky i won a trip there for free >.< I loved how they made it look so real like in the movie and the book

  • @Zeldarulezhyrule the three broomsticks restaurant was the best! very good food for a theme park, the service is friendly and I loved all the antlers on the wall! the roof was so high it looked as if it went on forever.

  • Count the fanny packs one by one!

  • the americans are very fat Oo

  • @wiiplayer1998 Well guess what? I'm not.

  • My friends and I are going to get jobs this summer, save up our money so that after we graduate, in 2 years, we can spend a week here in June. :)

  • I sooo wanna go there!!! Is it expenisve??? Please say not!

  • @dieskie2479 The standard park Fee at "Island of adventures" is $82.00 per Adult or $74.00 from ages 3-9. Then your looking at resort or Hotel cost which vary from $55 - $350 per night depending on the hotel you decide to lodge at. The parking fee at Island of Adventures/Universal Studios is $15. The cost of food also accumulates to the trip. You can easily spend well over $200-$250 per day on just one person. Imagine a whole family of 5, that's about $1,250 per day, excluding rentals or flights

  • @LauraClemintine09 Well that looks expesive :(.

I have to save money i think., *That's gonna teak a long long time*

But thank you for the information :)

  • What the hell. If I'd go there once in my life and I swear I will do everything for it to go there once, I'm totally going to wear the hogwarts school uniform and my hufflepuff-scarf. THIS is so amazing! It almost feels like its real, though i'm sitting here in germany and watching it on youtube. I swear, somehow I'll go there and live my dream, even just for a day! :)

  • Haha when I was watching this my little sister came in (She's a big Harry Potter freak as me) and she saw Hogwarts and screamed HOGWARTS IS IN FLORIDA!?!...lol now she's bugging my mom into going...but she doesn't know were going for my graduation present lol

  • @xxo0KaylaMarie0oxx Awww that's cute. Congrats to you class of 011!!!! Well let me be the first to welcome you to Florida, your going to fall in love with Island of Adventures, its far superior to any theme park in the world. Every movie you ever imagined of being in or fantasized about comes to life!!! My favorite is Jurassic Park "River Adventure" and the "HULK" which are amazing rides. I live about 6 hours away from Orlando and I have yet to experience Harry Potter World!! I'm going in May!

  • I CANT WAIT TO GO MARCH 23RD BABY!!!! :D I LOVE MY SCHOOL FEILD TRIPS! :D

  • Image if someone dressed up as ''You know who'' and walk around park all the people would stare and give dirty look and scream and stay as far way from him as possible BTW YOU KNOW WHO IS...Voldemort

  • 2012 IS GONNA BE THE BEST YEAR EVER!!! HARRY'S COMING HOME BABY! WHOOP!

  • 1:20 THAT'S A REAL hARRY POTTER FAN FOR YA!

  • goin in 3 weeks cant wait to get my wand and try butterbeer! :)

  • This is the outcome of muggles finding out about magic. I don't blame the ministry for keeping it from them.

  • halving it in England wold make it 100000000x more legit

  • it looks like you're walking round Oxford (tourists included) :P

  • it is SUCH a turn off all the tourist in their normal clothes!!! included in the entrance fee should be the fee for renting a wizard outfit which would be obligatory.. can u imagine everyone dressed like at hogsmead/hogwards???? it would be then 100% like in a dream... and i CANT BELIEVE this wasnt built in London

  • @sarahmfonseca i agree with you BUT i live in usa and its much easyer to get to orlando so ya i feel sorry for ya

  • @sarahmfonseca Americans have British people beat in Harry Potter crazy fanaticism. Btw its spelled Hogsmeade Hogwarts

  • @ThePiperhigh it's universal studios, their theme parks are all based on movies. In the same park, there's Jurassic Park, Marvel, Poseidon Adventure, and King Kong is in L.A.

  • @sarahmfonseca I agree, but the wizards in the movie wear normal clothes when they go to hogsmeade. Mostly no name stuff though lol!

  • i wish universal studios was england

  • they should add on to it and make it diagon alley to

  • isn't olivanders and some of those other stores in Diagon Alley? not Hogsmeade?

  • @crb999 Well, they weren't going to build both things..

  • if that lady on 2:12 asked me the same question in a british accent, i will tell her this...

"oh yes, im having an exceptional day! we never have this at pigfarts, you know. rumbleroar wishes to restrict our exposure to any products from earth. im from mars, if you must know! theres not much of us inherited a large amount of money to buy out NASA. you should visit there sometime!"

  • @rckr125 omg a very potter musical reference!!!!!!!!!!!! totally awesome

  • @rckr125 aha, a very potter musical fan =]

  • @rckr125 LOVE THIS!!!

  • @rckr125 Ahem* We are not british we are ENGLISH! Britain consists of: SCOTLAND IRELAND AND WALES! WE ENGLISH PEOPLE HATE WHEN U SAY THAT SO GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT! And anyway i come from Essex IN England and were not posh so :P

  • 1:20 WAIT!!!!!!! A Gryffindor and a Slytherin are HANGING OUT!!! Then it must be fake, they are still hiding the real Hogwarts

  • @Curriay Well, thats not necessairly true. not all slytherins hate gryffindors. lol

  • @RorySeizeTheDay But the chances are small. very very very small.

  • Wow! There's hardly anybody there! When I went, the crowd was so huge and packed in that you couldn't get into any of the shops - you could barely walk! If you go on a crowded day, I recommend going straight to Hogwarts for the tour and Forbidden Journey ride. It exits into a gift shop, so it's the best bet to get a little of everything, if you can't get into the rest of Hogsmeade's shops or rides.

  • 1:23 THIS is how everyone should've dressed.Us,witches and wizards aren't supposed to be exposed to Muggles in this certain way!

  • This is absolutely sickening.

  • 0:52 OMG ITS RON

  • are there front of the line passes ?

  • Can you also go inside the castle?

  • Too many muggles! Bah!

And this should be in England... it would seem only right.

  • it's cool, but did you add any rides or just face lift the dueling dragons and the unicorn.

  • Merlin's Beard!!! The Protectiven't Charms aren't working, Muggles have infiltrated Hogsmead! Quick warn the Headmaster before they take over the village!

  • I kind of want to hit those people dressed as muggles...

  • @angerock49 I want to hit anyone who isn't

  • @hunterxsg Why ?

  • 2:57 omfg on left what a FAT WOMANS! :D:D

  • @ChibiFruit rude

  • I'm going in 1 week and I am going to pee my pants when I walk into the park.

  • i was there this august...and its INCREDIBLE

  • 1:21 - they dont look happy

  • Ollivander's is in Diagon Alley not Hogsmeade! Has anyone ever noticed that Diagon Alley is basically diagonally. Like the direction?

  • This is wicked awesome ;D !

  • lol it's like AH HOGWARTS obese person

  • I think the best time would be to go on a colder kind of dreary day so it's go that England feel to it and much less people :)

  • wow theres like barley anyone there compared to when i went. the place was packed

  • Isn't Ollivanders in Diagon Alley?

  • and ollivanders isn't in hogsmeade....

  • omg.... why is there a roller coaster ??? i thought this should be hogsmeade...

  • they did a nice job on Hogsmeade.

  • The Castle looks impressive, but it seems like everyone is walking around looking pretty bored. And, looks there must be a lot of standing in line for everything. I thought Disney was pretty bad, but this looks worse.

  • I recon the also need some holographic ghosts walking through =\

  • everyone needs to dress up a little more =\

  • is it worth going ?? looks realy good

  • ohh :( im sooo sad i will never visit this park i live in germany :(

  • @inci4ever neversaynever, Oprah could be right around the corner with your tickets!

  • @walee1990 yea but i dont think so :D but it would be soo cool i wanna be in a movie !! haha

  • @inci4ever

I feel for you. I live in Australia! D:

  • @iiHayley01 aww D: i hate living in germany here is nothing ;( thank you

  • i that a real castle i thought it was all a movie

  • do they have a borgin and burke shop

  • @Samiesmiles9 Hell yeah =D Go to Harry potter wikia. They tell you all the information about the park and all the cool stuff you can buy.

  • Lol Uncle Vernon pass by @1:43 ;)

  • 0:08 little girl beggs to go to hogwarts lol

  • i went first day it opened wow im a nerd

  • the only thing i don't like is the "snow" on the houses. everything looks real, except for this thing. it's not always snowing in hogsmeade - never in summer, autumn or spring.=( this was a foolish idea.

  • they should have gave everyone that went in a cloak and hat to make it more realistic :)

  • WHERE IS THAT

  • @avadakedavra54 universal studios in orlando florinda

  • No Diagon Alley? Or the Burrow??

    Meh.

  • 1:45 - 1:47

Thank you mother! All I ever wanted was this!!!

  • ill spend all my money 2 get there lol

  • dude i need some flu powder uz i an't waiting 6 hours just to get in there

  • Sorte de vocês americanos que pagam muito menos para ir no Wizarding world of Harry Potter , eu sou um super fã da saga e tenho q desenbolçar US$2,500 para realizar o meu sonho.

  • Hello, I'm wondering, can you go to Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions to buy Robes and stuff?

  • Damn muggles :O

  • It's strange to see so many muggles in Hogsmeade,oh wait they discovered the wizardly world!

  • It should be a requirement to dress like a wizard, not a tourist.

I might move to Orlando JUST because they have this...why don't they have it in England?

  • @bonchatbonrat I'll go with you!

  • @ethalinia Its a plan! hahaha

  • @bonchatbonrat i totally agree with you. i mean.. harry potter shot many of their films in london, so why not? x

  • Exactly it annoyed me abit coz HP is British so the theme park should be in England seeing as thast where all the real sets are there were rumours that they are going to make leavesden studies into a theme park place where u can visit the actual sets that wud be good

  • exactly why should we fly 8 hours to Orlando when we come from the country that gave the world Harry potter it should be here FFS

  • @charlieiscool1000 u know it would have been shit if it was here

  • and whys that u traitor? we have plently of good theme parks here plus the weather would have suited the whole feel of HP its not suppose to be hot and sunny

  • @charlieiscool1000 Not really - there are a lot more deals associated with the American theme parks now as opposed to the 90s. Also, the British themeparks are too quiet, poorly run (the staff are obnoxious and rude, even to each other) and overrun by chavs - Also, someone was raped at Alton Towers a few years ago. Serious action would have been taken in America. Basically, their mentality is better than ours.

  • @bonchatbonrat

You know, summer weekend, Potter, Florida, snow.... xD

  • @bonchatbonrat

I know. That would make the experience so much more relasitic!! If I could go there I'd SO dress up.. and when I go through Hogwarts I'd zap on my uniform!!

  • @bonchatbonrat Universal Studios is not in England that's why

  • @Rollman1 but i think he means since the book is english the cast is english the world of harry potter is in england they should have built it in the uk. we have theame parks here to you know.

  • @sammysamosamuel Yeah but America is just better...

  • @bonchatbonrat It's more useful in America....

  • @bonchatbonrat I agree with the fact that it should totally be a requirement to dress like a wizard...because...honestly...this place look AWESOME but to see all those people wearing jeans kiiiiiiiiiiiiiinda kill the magic don't you think ? :( But I would still looooooooooove to go :D

  • @bonchatbonrat they should it takes place in England not florida i mean what is that

  • ok i love how legit they are! I mean look! they have actual doors you have to open to get inside the shop. I mean like in other parks the doors are just wide open but here its a legit door!!!!!! sooooooooooo legit!

  • tooo mannnyyyy muggllleessss!!!!!!

  • lol snow. It's funny because it's hot over there
