Good that such large speakers can be so intimate but then a) I don't often ever hear real Arabic instruments and b) these instruments excel in those frequencies the ear picks up. It would be interesting to hear a string quartet on the same gear - with a condenser mic! :o)
Hi, thanks for vid. Pretty good presentation considering only laptop mic and youtube. Interesting music and quite dynamic sound! Think I can hear some horn colouration/resonance though - was very noticeable in middle of passage. Still, would love to hear it live. Cheers again...
Big sound image, I can tell with headphones. A 2-way with a low crossover, the only way to get a sound like that. Fantastic, I love it! Wait, those aren't dual-concentric Tannoys, right? Just woofers?

Change amplifier with 6AS7G SE.amp for the mid -high and Phase Linear dual 500 for the bass horn / Tannoy.

Hi, yes just big old silver Tannoy LSU LF 15 L realise at that time only for low frequencies.
Not as sensitive as Vitavox 15 inch but stil fast and detailed.

This album is Rabih Abou-Khalil , Songs for Sad Women, great quality .
It's a three way active crossover BSS 366 and bi amplified , PP EL 500 mono blocs for bass and Klimo beltaine 300B mono blocs amplifier for High-Mid.
Preamplifier is also Klimo Merlin.
This system still need some regulation......
