  • I would say try out insanity. Ive lost 10 pounds in like one week by doing it. If youre looking to build muscle and lose weight (since insanity doesnt really build muscle) then try my p90x/insanity hybrid. Its been working great for me. And no this is not spam, just someone trying to help people out

  • What is your normal workout routine? I would love to know. What I do on average is, I do weights, i mix up everyday so one day is arms, next is legs etc. After weights ill either do the elliptical or bike, i prefer the bike but with a higher resistance so i feel it and sweat more. Then i swim. I try to do at least 15 laps when i swim cause the laps are fairly long so its a good amount, but sometimes i may do more depending on how i feel. Then shower and go home. Its a good workout, whats yours?

  • Since so many people are bothered by the subscribe picture on your laptop (I'm not), I had an idea. Would you want to put a big "before" picture there? Since you stand next to that laptop already, we could easily see the improvements if you had a "before" pic on the screen. Just a thought.

  • I keep watching, but I'm bored as crap with your material. I love the weigh in days (good or bad), but I have a hard time caring on the days you don't. You get a like from me on weight loss days, but nothing on the rest. Oh, you also get a dislike for reminding me of terrible movies starring terrible actors.

  • Still here Pete!!!! But would like it if you made your videos a little longer and include stuff like:

    What you ate that day

    How you feel that day and why

    Tips on keeping motivation

    Advise of weights and diet

    And maybe a weekly update on a Sunday with a look back of what you did right/ wrong and the next weeks targets...just saying

  • Im still watcing Pete... keep it up! You can really start to notice the difference in your arms/stomach.

  • Ignore these other people. I made a youtube account tonight JUST so that I could 'like' your video and subscribe. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time and haver never made much progress. Then I stumbled upon your videos, which helped light a fire under me to really make some changes! Keep it up and you're looking great! The daily updates keep me motivated!

    What do you do while you're doing cardio for 1-2hrs to not get bored?

  • you want to know why? some people really tried to give you good advices about loosing weight, and you simply ignored them and continued with your own way of thinking. from my perspective thats very selfish. you need to lift some weights(repetitions...) and perhaps change the way you eat. if you dont, it will take several years before you have good results. i think its about time for you to grow up and accept others people advice. you should also consult a nutritionist...

  • If you want people to keep watching, you have to mix it up a bit more. Show yourself doing something different (perhaps a challenge of some sort?), say more crazy/random stuff that you haven't said before, show a different setting, start showing the actual weigh-in moments where you find out what you weigh each time. Something more exciting...
